Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Walzenkupplung gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a roller clutch according to the preamble of claim 1.

Bottom rollers are used in spinning machines together with pressure rollers for the transport and stretching of slivers made of textile material. Bottom rollers and pressure rollers together form the so-called drafting system of the spinning machine, in which the fuses are stretched before they reach the actual spinning position. Such an arrangement is known, for example, from DE-A-2439333, it being possible for the zones for the transport of the fuse to be corrugated or sandblasted. In spinning machines, the ends of a lower roller are designed as coupling halves for an adjacent end of a further lower roller. There is usually a roller bearing at each end of a lower roller within a spinning machine, by means of which the lower roller is supported in the frame of the spinning machine. Spinning machines can be of considerable length, and a large number of coaxially coupled lower rollers can be provided. It is customary to provide the lower roller ends with an external thread and on the other side with an internal thread, with an external thread of one lower roller end then being screwed into the internal thread of an adjacent lower roller end during assembly. The pitches of the threads are set in such a way that the thread connections do not come loose when the drive power is transferred from one lower roller to the neighboring lower roller, but can only tighten. In addition to an external or internal thread of a lower roller end of the generic type, a shaft section is provided which calibrates one Diameter or a calibrated bore. These shaft sections with the calibrated dimensions, which are coordinated with one another, are intended to center the adjacent lower rolls relative to one another, ie to ensure that the lower rolls run coaxially.

For even transport or warping of the conveyor belt made of textile material, it is essential that the bottom rollers run as smoothly as possible. Experience has shown, however, that the required concentricity cannot be achieved with known lower rollers with usual tolerances, which is why the lower rollers coupled to one another must be adjusted during assembly inside or outside the spinning machine. This operation is time-consuming and requires a great deal of experience from the assembly personnel in order to achieve the required concentricity of the lower rollers. When replacing a lower roller in a spinning machine, for example if the lower roller is damaged, the straightening operation must be carried out again.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a spinning machine with lower rollers, in which the concentricity of the coupled lower rollers is improved to such an extent that straightening operations are no longer necessary. According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features in the characterizing part of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the general inventive concept are set out in the subclaims.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures.

Es zeigen:

Show it:
Fig. 1

Fig. 2

The lower roller 1 according to FIG. 1 is shown interrupted. For example, six or eight so-called claws 12 can be arranged on a lower roller 1, these are lower roller sections which preferably have corrugations on their circumference. Between the individual claws 12 there are other sections 11 with a smooth surface. The left lower roller end 14 forms a coupling half for an adjacent lower roller 1 ', the right lower roller end 15 of which is designed like the lower roller end 15 of the lower roller 1. The left lower roller end 14 according to the invention has three bores 141, 142, 143 with the diameters A1, F1 and B1. The diameters A1 and B1 are diameters with a narrow tolerance, while the bore 142 with the diameter F1 is preferably designed as a thread. It goes without saying that the diameter B1 is smaller than the diameter F1 of the bore 142 and that the bore 142 is larger than the thread diameter of the bore 142. The right lower roller end 15 is designed accordingly. The shaft sections 151, 152, 153 with the diameters A2, F2, B2 are designed to match the corresponding bores in the left lower roller end 14. Accordingly, the diameter A2 of the shaft section 151 fits exactly into the diameter A1 of the bore 141, the diameter F2 of the shaft section 152 is designed as a thread corresponding to the bore 142, and the diameter B2 of the shaft section 153 finally fits exactly into the bore 143 with the diameter B1. Instead of being a thread, the shaft section 152 can also be designed such that it forms a section of a splined shaft. Correspondingly, the bore 142 must also have grooves at the other end of the lower roller. 1, a roller bearing 13 is shown schematically to the left of the shaft section 151 with the diameter A2, the inner ring 130 of FIG. 2 of which is also seated on the extension of the shaft section 151 with the diameter A2.

In Fig. 2 the screwed lower roller ends 14 and 15 can be seen. The shaft portion 151 is located in the bore 141 and is centered, the shaft portion 152 with the external thread is located in the bore 142 with the internal thread, and the shaft portion 153 is centered in the bore 143 of the left lower roller end 14 of the lower roller 1. The other right lower roller end 15 from FIG. 2 belongs to the adjacent lower roller 1 '. The diameters A1 and A2 thus together form part of the centering of the two adjacent lower rolls 1 and 1 ', the diameters B1 and B2 form the other part of the centering of both lower rolls 1 and 1', and in between there is the positive connection of the two lower rolls 1 and 1 ' at shaft section 152 and in bore 142. Within shaft section 153 according to FIG. 1 there is a centering hole Z for the manufacture of lower roll 1. In FIG. 2, centering lengths L1 are according to a prior art design and L2 according to the solution of the invention. If, according to the prior art, the shaft section 153 is not present, only the length L1 is available for centering the left lower roller end 14 with respect to the right lower roller end 15. As can be seen from FIG. 2, by adding the shaft section 153 to the right lower roll end 15 and providing the calibrated bore 143 in the left lower roll end 14 with the length L3 of the shaft section 151, the guide length L2 over which the two lower roll ends are guided together according to the invention compared to the prior art, if you consider the representation in Fig. 2 as to scale, about fourfold. This substantially increased guide length L2 of the lower rollers 1 and 1 'into one another improves the alignment and stability of the lower rollers to such an extent that after assembly by screwing together, a message from the coupled lower rollers 1 and 1' can generally be omitted.
