Definitions
- the invention relates to a loading mechanism for a weaving machine according to the preamble of claim 1, further to such a loading mechanism, the loading shaft of which has at least one intermediate storage, and to weaving machines with such loading mechanisms.
- a loading mechanism for a weaving machine with a pivoting loading shaft for the reed in which the cross-sectional area of the loading shaft has a center of gravity which is eccentric to the pivot axis. This eccentric position serves to create a mass balance so as to reduce or even eliminate inertial forces during operation which give rise to vibrations or oscillations.
- loading levers are also described, which are designed as separate components, such a component having a part with which it clamps the loading shaft and wherein the clamping effect is generated by means of screws. The screws are provided on the side facing away from the reed.
- the disadvantage of the known charging mechanism with an eccentric shaft is the large space requirement for the oscillating balancing mass, the space requirement of which is further increased by the clamp fastening of the loading lever.
- a corresponding solution for the attachment of bearing surface components for intermediate storage is characterized by the features of claim 2.
- Various advantageous embodiments for the charging operation according to the invention are characterized by claims 3 to 8. In accordance with the requirement of a small space requirement - which applies in particular to claims 5 and 6 - a complete mass balance is dispensed with; one is content with a low eccentricity of the charging shaft and accepts reduced vibrations.
- the center of gravity S of the circular cross-sectional area of the shaft 1 is offset eccentrically with respect to the pivot axis R about which the bearing journal 2 rotates.
- DE-PS 25 28 765 there is an overlap of the cross-sectional area of the journal 2 with that of the shaft 1; such an overlap can be carried out constructively, but will not be described in more detail here.
- the drawer 4 with the reed 5 is screwed onto the mounting bracket 6 of the loading lever 3.
- the lower part of the loading lever 3 clamps the loading shaft 1; it is clamped by the screw 7.
- FIG. 1 shows the sley 4 fully swung out with the shed 20 open. Also indicated is the saddle with the reed 5 'in the stop on the fabric edge 21. Since the screw 7 is on the side facing away from the reed, much greater freedom is obtained in this area of the loading operation Space needed for the swivel movement.
- the loading lever 3 according to the invention of FIG. 2 essentially has the shape of a clip, the two legs 3a and 3b of which can be connected non-releasably at the upper end by the fastening angle 6.
- This loading lever 3, which forms a cohesive piece, can be pushed over the eccentric shaft 1, which has a constant cross-section, after the distance between the legs 3a and 3b has been widened.
- the screw 7, which is now arranged on the reed side according to the invention the two legs 3a and 3b can be clamped together, as a result of which the loading lever 3 is clamped on the shaft 1.
- the wave cross section is circular; however, other shapes are also possible, for example a rectangular shape or the shape of an equilateral hexagon.
- the cross-sectional area of the journal 2 is located entirely within the shaft cross section, which has the consequence that the eccentricity of the shaft 1, which is given by the distance between the center of gravity S and the pivot axis R, is relatively small. But even a little eccentricity can have a welcome reduction in the excitation of vibrations.
- FIG. 1 A bearing block which has the same advantages as the loading lever according to the invention, namely a small space requirement for the pivoting movement, is shown in FIG.
- This bearing block is essentially a circular cylinder with an eccentric longitudinal bore for the loading shaft; the center line Z of the cylinder coincides with the swivel axis R.
- the bearing block consists of the bracket part 8, which is clamped together with the screw 7 that can, and a second part, which forms the bearing surface 9, ie the running surface for the rolling elements of the intermediate storage.
- the bearing block can be pushed over the shaft 1 when the clamp part 8 is released.
- Fig.4a a view of the intermediate storage is given in the weft direction, whereby the following parts can be seen: the cut shaft 1, the loading frame 10 and the component which establishes the connection between the shaft 1 and the loading frame 10 and which consists of the bracket part 8 and the lever part 13.
- the arrow B indicates the direction of view from which the view shown in FIG. 4b results.
- the bearing pin 12 attached to the lever part 13 is part of the intermediate storage 11, which is held by the loading frame 10.
- a design for the side main bearings which is similar to that shown in Figure 4, allows greater eccentricity than in the case of Figure 2.
- an overlap of the cross-sectional area of the journal 2 with that of the shaft 1 is also possible in the main bearings.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a loading mechanism for a weaving machine according to the preamble of
From DE-PS 25 28 765 a loading mechanism for a weaving machine with a pivoting loading shaft for the reed is known, in which the cross-sectional area of the loading shaft has a center of gravity which is eccentric to the pivot axis. This eccentric position serves to create a mass balance so as to reduce or even eliminate inertial forces during operation which give rise to vibrations or oscillations. In this DE-PS 25 28 765 loading levers are also described, which are designed as separate components, such a component having a part with which it clamps the loading shaft and wherein the clamping effect is generated by means of screws. The screws are provided on the side facing away from the reed. The disadvantage of the known charging mechanism with an eccentric shaft is the large space requirement for the oscillating balancing mass, the space requirement of which is further increased by the clamp fastening of the loading lever.
It is an object of the invention to provide a loading mechanism with a loading shaft designed as a balancing mass, for which the pivoting movement of the balancing mass requires little space. This is achieved according to the invention in that the screw fastening is arranged on the reed side on the loading shaft. A corresponding solution for the attachment of bearing surface components for intermediate storage is characterized by the features of
- Fig.2 einen erfindungsgemässen Ladehebel,
- Fig.4a,b eine zweite Ausführung eines Zwischenlagers.
- 1 shows a loading lever with reed seen in the firing direction,
- 2 shows a loading lever according to the invention,
- 3 shows a bearing block according to the invention for an intermediate storage and
- 4a, b a second embodiment of an intermediate storage.
The center of gravity S of the circular cross-sectional area of the
The
In the case of wide weaving machines, intermediate storage of the loading operation is required. A bearing block which has the same advantages as the loading lever according to the invention, namely a small space requirement for the pivoting movement, is shown in FIG. This bearing block is essentially a circular cylinder with an eccentric longitudinal bore for the loading shaft; the center line Z of the cylinder coincides with the swivel axis R. The bearing block consists of the
If you want a larger eccentricity of the loading shaft, you can choose a solution for the intermediate storage, as shown in Fig.4a and Fig.4b. In Fig.4a a view of the intermediate storage is given in the weft direction, whereby the following parts can be seen: the
The fixed connection to the
There is a significant difference between the two types of intermediate storage described. In the case of FIG. 3, the cross-sectional area of the
A design for the side main bearings, which is similar to that shown in Figure 4, allows greater eccentricity than in the case of Figure 2. With this construction, an overlap of the cross-sectional area of the
