Definitions
- the invention relates to a plant for the dewatering pressing of a solid mat made of water wetted pressed material in the course of the production of solid sheets, in particular fiberboard, with a dewatering press with upper press part and lower press part, a driven one guided by the dewatering press and via stationary arranged deflection drums Screen belt for receiving the solid mat, a slatted frame belt that runs endlessly around the press lower part and runs around deflection devices, and a sealing belt runs endlessly around the press lower part and runs around deflection devices.
- the distance between the slats in the slatted belt forms drainage gaps through which the expressed water runs off during the pressing process.
- the sealing tape prevents this water from running out of control.
- the deflection devices for the slatted frame tape and the deflection devices for the sealing tape are arranged on or in the press frame.
- devices are provided for cleaning the slatted belt, namely the slatted belt and the sealing tape can be lifted off one another and work outside the area of the press plates
- the invention has for its object to develop a system of the structure described above so that a very effective cleaning can be carried out in a simple manner.
- the object of the invention is a system of the construction described above, the deflection devices for the slatted belt and the deflection devices for the sealing tape are stored in stationary machine frames, which are arranged in front of and behind the dewatering press, and that at least the slatted belt by a cleaning basin is guided, which is arranged below the dewatering press.
- the two machine frames can be combined into a single frame.
- the cleaning devices are no longer part of the dewatering press, but the subject of a special system part, so that the construction of the dewatering press can be considerably simplified.
- a very effective cleaning can be carried out in a simple manner without difficulty.
- the cleaning basin can be filled with cleaning water
- the invention particularly relates to the system according to claim 2, in which the dewatering press is designed as a dewatering plate press and operates in cycles. It is understood that in this case care must be taken to ensure that the slatted frame or the sealing tape does not experience disruptive wear due to contact with other machine parts when the opened dewatering plate press moves back. For this purpose, these belts can be raised and / or lowered accordingly in the stationary machine frame. It goes without saying that they can be set up precisely to the level of the lower plate press with the aid of adjusting devices. Of particular importance is also the plant according to claim 3, in which the dewatering press is designed as a circulation press and works continuously.
- Fig. 1 shows the schematic of a system according to the invention in side view, in sections
- Fig. 2 shows a section in the direction A-A through the object of Fig. 1 and
- REPLACEMENT LEAF 3 shows another embodiment of the object according to FIG. 1.
- the system according to FIGS. 1 and 2 operates intermittently with respect to the pressing process.
- This system initially includes a dewatering plate press 2 that can be moved back and forth along a travel section on running rails 1 or the like, with an upper press part 3 and a lower press part 4 and with an upper and lower press plate 5.
- the system also includes a dewatering plate press 2 and Via stationary arranged deflection drums 6 guided, driven sieve belt 7 for receiving the solid mat M.
- This sieve belt 7 may be sprinkled with the material to be pressed further to the left of the figure and pass a wetting station for the material to be pressed, which has not been drawn.
- the arrangement is further made such that the dewatering plate press 2 can be moved during the pressing process in accordance with the transport speed of the sieve belt 7 and can then be moved back in the open state for pressing a following section. This was illustrated by a double arrow in the upper press part 3 of FIG. 1.
- Fig. 1 it can be seen that the deflection devices 8 for the slatted frame 9 and the deflection devices 10 for the sealing tape 11 are stored in stationary machine frames 12, 13 which are arranged in front of and behind the travel section 14 of the dewatering plate press 2.
- the slatted belt 9 is guided through a cleaning basin 15, which is arranged below the rails 1 of the dewatering plate press 2.
- the cleaning basin 12 is filled with cleaning water and can have additional cleaning devices 16 in the form of cleaning nozzles and / or cleaning brushes, which was indicated in FIG. 1.
- the sealing tape 11 is also guided through the cleaning basin 15. It is understood that the sieve belt 7 can also be guided through the cleaning basin 15 if necessary.
- the dewatering press 2 is a circulation press.
- the enlarged section C in FIG. 3 makes it clear that on the steel belt 18 towards the solid mat M, the sealing belt 11, the slatted frame belt 9 and the sieve belt 7 are guided.
- the steel strips 18 are supported on the press plates 5 via roller bars 19.

Abstract
Installation for the draining by pressing of a mat of solid material to be squeezed impregnated with water, with the aim of manufacturing panels of solid material, particularly fiber panels. Basically, the installation consists of a drip press with upper part and lower part, an endless sieving belt receiving the mat, operated by the drip press and driven through fixed deflection pulleys, a belt of endless grating rotated around the lower part of the press by means of deflectors and an endless sealing strip rotated around the lower part of the press by means of deflectors. The deflectors for the slatted strip, as well as the deflectors for the sealing strip, are housed in stationary machine frames located in front of and behind the drip press. At least the slatted strip passes through a cleaning basin located below the runners of the drip press.
