Description

The invention relates to a textile machine, in particular a twisting machine with the features from the preamble of patent claim 1.

A textile machine with such a maintenance unit designed as a traveling blower is described, for example, in DE-OS 16 85 887.

In the known device, the shuttering elements arranged on the long sides of the machine serve that can be opened and closed in the vertical direction are formed, only for guiding the air flow emanating from the traveling blower in order to capture the entire interior of the machine as completely as possible, while noise protection is not provided.

However, there is a considerable need in modern textile machines to provide sound shields in order to reduce the noise level generated by the machine in the room. Devices for reducing the noise level are known per se and are described, for example, in DE-OS 25 42 930 and DE-GM 71 05 081. However, these known devices have no maintenance units.

The invention has for its object to design a textile machine of the type described in the preamble of claim 1 so that on the one hand the most complete possible sound insulation is achieved and on the other hand there is at least one maintenance unit which is not obstructed by the soundproofing elements but interacts with them.

This object is achieved according to the invention with the features from the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

Advantageous developments of the invention are described in the subclaims.

The basic idea of the invention is to completely disguise the textile machine in order to achieve particularly good sound insulation, and the maintenance units within the sound insulation lining to be arranged so that they perform their function even with the interior closed.

The device according to the invention is extremely flexible in its construction and allows optimal use of the available space. The formwork elements themselves, which can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the machine, permit particularly good organization of batch operation on the machine, especially if an additional formwork element is arranged on each longitudinal side of the machine, so that the total length of the existing formwork elements is greater than the total length of the existing working positions at the machine. The additional formwork element is then first arranged in front of one of the two drive elements at the ends of the machine. When the machine is waiting to be operated, the first formwork element can be moved in the direction of the free drive element of the machine. The next formwork element is pushed into the first field when the next field of the machine is operated, and the method of operation is continued until the last field. Since the additional shuttering element is located in front of the drive element located at the other end of the machine, it can then be pushed in front of the last working field to be operated and the machine is fully closed again. The next operation then takes place in the reverse order.

Depending on the size of the existing formwork elements, the movement of these formwork elements can be supported electrically or pneumatically will. It can also be caused by the maintenance units.

For good sound shielding, it is useful to arrange absorption material in the interior of the machine, with the center of the machine being particularly suitable for this purpose, which is free of jobs, but also cover or the floor.

The overall cladding of the machine according to the invention has the additional advantage of increased accident protection and can also be used to air-condition the interior of the machine, for example by arranging an air-conditioning duct in the cover arranged on the top, which interacts with an air recirculation device which is designed, for example, as an exhaust air duct the airflow through the machine can either run from the ceiling area towards the exhaust air duct or vice versa.

The maintenance units arranged inside the soundproofing cladding can be designed on the one hand as blowing or suction nozzles and on the other hand as a maintenance unit for loading or operating the individual working positions.

In the following, an embodiment for a textile machine according to the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In Fig. 1 und 2 ist eine doppelseitige Doppeldraht-Zwirnmaschine dargestellt mit einem Maschinengestell 1, an dem in der üblichen Weise Zwirnspindeln 1.2 und 1.3 mit Spindelantrieben 1.4 und 1.5 sowie Lagerplatten 1.6 und 1.7 für die Aufspulorgane und Spulenhalterungen 1.8 und 1.9 für die Kreuzspulen 1.10 und 1.11 angeordnet sind.1 and 2, a double-sided double-wire twisting machine is shown with a machine frame 1, on which twisting spindles 1.2 and 1.3 with spindle drives 1.4 and 1.5 as well as bearing plates 1.6 and 1.7 for the winding members and bobbin holders 1.8 and 1.9 for the bobbins 1.10 and 1.11 are arranged.

A cover 7, which extends over the entire length of the machine, is fastened to the upper part of the machine frame 1, and cross members 1.1, longitudinal members 5.1 and 5.2. A traveling blower 4 of known design is slidably suspended and guided on the one longitudinal beam 5.1 as a maintenance unit. The traveling blower 4 is provided with air outlet nozzles 4.1 facing the machine interior. On the other side member 5.2, an automatic control device 13 is also slidably suspended and guided as a maintenance unit.

Furthermore, double rails 10.1-10.2 and 11.1-11.2 are arranged on the two longitudinal edges of the cover 7 in the machine longitudinal direction, in which formwork elements 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and (not visible in FIG. 2) 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 extend over the entire machine height are hung. These formwork elements can be made of transparent material exist and their displacement can be effected or supported in a manner not shown by electrical or pneumatic drive devices.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the traveling blower 4 and the automatic control device 13 as well as the formwork elements 8.1 to 8.3 and 9.1 to 9.3 are each suspended on their own rails. Of course, constructions are also conceivable in which the traveling blower and the shuttering elements or the automatic control device are suspended on a common combination rail.

As can be seen from FIG. 2, drive elements 2 and 3 are arranged at both ends of the machine.

The formwork elements are arranged alternately in the running rails, for example the formwork elements 8.1 and 8.3 in the running rail 10.1 and the formwork element 8.2 in the running rail 10.2. In this way, two formwork elements can be pushed over each other in whole or in part. Furthermore, an additional formwork element is provided on both sides, which is designated 8.4 in FIG. 2 and is arranged there, for example, in front of the drive element 3. Its function is explained in more detail below.

Of course, it is also possible to arrange triple rails on each side of the machine and alternately hang the formwork elements in them. In this case, one can be operated larger area of the machine interior can be exposed.

Sound absorption material 12 is preferably arranged in the middle of the machine within the machine encapsulated by the soundproofing lining. An exhaust air duct 6, which is arranged on the floor in the middle of the machine and extends in the longitudinal direction, is used to return the air blown into the interior by the traveling blower 4. This exhaust air duct can simultaneously be used for air conditioning the interior of the machine. For this purpose, the cover element 7 is simultaneously provided with an air conditioning duct, so that the air conditioning current can run through the machine from top to bottom.

To operate the machine, for example from the right side in FIG. 1, the following procedure can be followed. First, the first formwork element 8.1 is shifted to the left in front of the drive element 2. After the field of the machine thus freed has been operated, the formwork element 8.2 in FIG. 2 is shifted to the left to the position at which the formwork element 8.1 previously stood. After operating this field, the formwork element 8.3 is also shifted to the left where the formwork element 8.2 was. Finally, after the last field has been operated, the additional formwork element 8.4 is moved to the position at which the formwork element 8.3 previously stood. Now the entire long side of the machine is covered again. The next operation on the side starts at End at which the shuttering element 8.4 now stands, which is then pushed in front of the drive element 3 again. The same procedure is followed on the other machine side.
