Abstract
Eine Überführvorrichtung für Faltschachteln hat an einem Träger (16, 17, 18) Saugköpfe (20), welche die Faltschachteln (1) mit Unterdruck halten. Description
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Vorrichtung zum Überführen flacher Gegenstände, insbesondere von Faltschachteln, nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Solche Überführvorrichtungen sind zwischen einem Vorratsmagazin für Faltschachteln und der Fördereinrichtung einer Kartoniermaschine angeordnet und dienen zum Entnehmen jeweils einer Faltschachtel aus dem Magazin, Öffnen und Übergeben derselben in einen Förderbecher der Fordereinrichtung. Die Sauger eines Saugkopfes sind an dessen Träger so angeordnet, daß sie an einer Wand der Faltschachtel so verteilt angreifen, daß diese beim Aufziehen oder Aufdrücken eine ausreichende Steifigkeit hat. Die Anordnung der Sauger eines Saugkopfes richtet sich daher nach dem Format der zu behandelnden Faltschachteln, insbesondere nach deren Breite und Länge. Bisher wurde eine solche Formatanpassung in der Weise durchgeführt, daß am Träger einzelne Sauger ausgewechselt und die Anschlußbohrungen mit Stopfen verschlossen wurden. Um die Formatumstellung schneller durchführen zu können, wurden auch schon die kompletten Saugköpfe als Formatteile ausgebildet und diese bei einer Formatumstellung ausgewechselt.The invention relates to a device for transferring flat objects, in particular folding boxes, according to the preamble of claim 1.
