Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Abstützen von Wärmebehandlungsgut, insbesondere von Brammen, Knüppeln, Blöcken u.dgl., in einem Erwärmungsofen, insbesondere in einem Hubbalkenofen, mit mindestens einem kühlmitteldurchströmten Tragrohr und mindestens einem auf dem Tragrohr angeordneten, hochtemperaturfesten Reiter.The invention relates to a device for supporting heat treatment material, in particular slabs, billets, blocks and the like.

Bei derartigen Vorrichtungen, wie sie aus der EP 0 184 021 B1 bekannt sind, besteht der Reiter aus einem hochtemperaturfesten Gußstück. Dieses Material ist bis ca. 1200°C belastbar und besitzt in diesem Bereich vorzügliche Festigkeitseigenschaften. Oberhalb von 1200°C allerdings genügen die Festigkeitseigenschaften nicht mehr den üblichen Anforderungen. Die Erwärmung des Wärmebehandlungsgutes hingegen kann 50 bis 100°C höher liegen, insbesondere bei der Erwärmung von Brammen u.dgl., die anschließend gewalzt werden sollen. Da die bekannten Reiter unterhalb dieser Temperatur gehalten werden müssen, erzeugen sie notwendigerweise sogenannte Schienenschatten im Wärmebehandlungsgut. Bei den Schienenschatten handelt es sich um Zonen niedrigerer Temperatur, die Qualitätsminderungen (Dicken- und Breitenabweichungen sowie Änderungen in der Kornstruktur) des Endproduktes hervorrufen, sofern nicht aufwendige zusätzliche Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, um die Schienenschatten vor Beginn des Walzvorganges zu beseitigen. In den Spaltraum 12 zwischen dem Tragstück 10 und dem Gehäuse 4 kann anstelle der Keramikfasern auch Mörtel eingebracht werden. Gleiches gilt für die Spalträume 8 gemäß Fig. 2. Weiterhin kann die Anordnung nach Fig. 1 dergestalt umgekehrt werden, daß die Stirnwand 13 nach hinten und der Riegel 14 nach vorne gelangt. Der Vorsprung 5 wird dann vorzugsweise ebenfalls umgesetzt. Im übrigen kann dieser Vorsprung 5 auch seitlich angeordnet werden. Insbesondere unter dieser Voraussetzung wird man anstelle des Bolzens 6 eine andere Verriegelung wählen.       dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Reiter (3) ein auf das Tragrohr (1) aufgesetztes und mit diesem lösbar verbundenes Gehäuse (4) aus hitzebeständigem Guß aufweist, daß das Gehäuse (4) mit mindestens einer oben offenen Ausnehmung (9) versehen ist, die in Längsrichtung des Tragrohres (1) schwalbenschwanzförmig ausgebildet ist und stirnseitig einerseits von einer Stirnwand (13) und andererseits von einem Riegel (14) begrenzt wird, und daß in die Ausnehmung (9) des Gehäuses (4) ein im wesentlichen aus keramischem Material bestehendes Tragstück (10) eingesetzt ist, das mit seinem oberen Teil eine Auflagefläche (11) für das Wärmebehandlungsgut bildet und in seinem unteren Teil in Längsrichtung des Tragrohres (1) schwalbenschwanzförmig ausgebildet ist.
