Weiterhin sind z.B. nach der DE-PS 680 416 Zylinderschlüssel in Kreuz- oder Stern-Profilform bekannt, bei denen der Schlüssel mit einer der Kreuz- oder Sternform entsprechenden Anzahl von von einem gemeinsamen mittigen Kern aus radial abstehenden Längsrippen versehen ist, in denen die die Schließzylinder-Zuhaltungen einordnenden Schließkerben vorgesehen sind. Besondere Längsprofilnuten für eine entsprechende Profilvariation sind bei diesem Schlüssel nicht vorhanden. Der Vorteil dieser Bauweise liegt darin, daß sie eine einfachere Verbindung des Schließzylindergehäuses 11' mit dem darin verdrehungsfest unterzubringenden Rohr 21 ermöglicht, das die Federn 15 und die Zuhaltungselemente 13 aufnimmt.
