Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a roller shutter profile, in which an upper hook, which has light or ventilation slots in the hook handle, merges into an outer and an inner shoulder, and in which a chamber, which is formed from a drip nose and a chamber hook, is provided.
The demands on roller shutters are diverse. In the closed state, the roller shutters consisting of horizontal, interconnected roller shutter profiles should a. be light-tight, protect from cold and noise and keep warm.
On the other hand, when the roller shutter is lowered but not completely closed, it should be possible for light to enter and air to circulate through the light or ventilation slots.
In the case of known roller shutter profiles, the upper roller shutter hook merges into a smooth, continuous, stepped outer and inner shoulder, on which the drip nose or the underside of the chamber hook of the roller shutter profile arranged above is seated in the closed state. The outer and inner shoulder are smooth. In addition, the drip nose and the underside of the chamber hook are almost at the same level. This generally ensures that the light or ventilation slots are covered by the drip nose when the roller shutter is lowered and that the light enters through the slots is prevented. But in the event of unevenness in the horizontal direction of the roller shutter profile, it has been found that the drip nose and outer shoulder as well as the underside of the chamber hook and the inner shoulder no longer seal tightly when closed and there is the possibility of the incidence of light or air passing through the slots.
The invention has for its object to provide a roller shutter profile with which a roller shutter can be realized, in which no light penetrates inwards when closed.
This object is achieved in that the outer shoulder is hump-shaped, that the drip nose is correspondingly concave, and that the lower part of the outer shoulder is much lower than the inner shoulder and the tip of the drip nose is arranged much lower than the underside of the chamber hook.
The advantages achieved by the invention are, in particular, that a roller shutter profile is available which, on the one hand, prevents any incidence of light when the roller shutter is lowered and, on the other hand, ensures high thermal insulation.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and will be described in more detail below.

- einen Schnitt durch zwei miteinander verbundene Rolladenprofile im geschlossenen Zustand.a section through two interconnected roller shutter profiles in the closed state.
The
The lower end of the
The
In contrast to a conventional roller shutter profile, the
When the roller shutter is lowered, this design of
Another advantage of the inventive design of
