Die Drehmechanik ist mittels des Trägerkopfes 20 betätigbar. Um dies zu gewährleisten, sind im Innern der Kappe 50 achsparallel im Abstand voneinander verlaufende Rippen 54 und 55 vorgesehen, die sich bei aufgeschobener Kappe beidseitig des Stempels 23 auf der Oberfläche des Stempelträgers 22 abstützen. Um ein sicheres und einfaches Einfädeln dieser Rippen 54 und 55 zu gewährleisten, ist der Abstand d der Rippen 54, 55 von der Stirnkante der Kappe 50 kleiner bemessen als der Abstand des Stempelträgerendes 22a von dem O-Ring 27. Claims (10)

  1. Hand-operated writing tool having a built-in stamp (23) fitted to a carrier (22) which is attached, pivotably about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the writing tool between a position roughly parallel to the longitudinal axis and a position roughly perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, to a carrier head (20) inserted in a housing tube (10), a cap (50) being able to be slid in frictional engagement onto the carrier (22) in its position parallel to the longitudinal axis and the carrier head (20) exhibiting on the side opposite the carrier (22) a carrier head sleeve (24), in which there is inserted a feed sleeve (30) for a writing lead (11), which writing lead is displaceable, by actuation of the cap (50) mounted on the carrier head (20), out of the tip-side end of the housing tube (10) from a mounting position into a writing position, that end of the carrier head sleeve (24) jutting into the housing tube (10) exhibiting a feed curve (25) which possesses a catch which is close to the carrier head (20) and a catch which is remote from the carrier head (20) (25c, 25d, 25e), the feed sleeve (30) possessing lateral cams (31a, b), which bear in non-positive and sliding contact, under the action of a spring (12), upon the feed curve (25), and the carrier head (20) with the carrier head sleeve (24) being mounted in a twistable but non-displaceable manner on the housing tube (10) and the feed sleeve (30) being mounted in an axially displaceable but non-twistable manner within the housing tube (10), the feed sleeve (30) further exhibiting just one bore (33), which receives the end of the lead (11) and extends over the entire length of the feed sleeve (30) up to the end wall of the feed sleeve, and the cams (31a, 31b) being fitted to the feed sleeve (30) in such a way that, in the mounting position of the full-size lead (11), the end wall of the feed sleeve, and hence that end of the full-size lead (11) which bears against it, reaches right up to the carrier head (20).
  2. Hand-operated writing tool according to Claim 1, characterized in that in the housing tube (10) there is inserted a guide bush (40) which is fixedly connected thereto and has an axial guide groove (41), in which there is mounted, in an axially displaceable manner, the feed sleeve (30), which engages by means of a guide piece (31) in the guide groove (41), the guide piece (31) exhibiting, at its end facing the feed curve (25), the cam (31a, b) which bears upon the said feed curve.
  3. Hand-operated writing tool according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the feed curve (25) exhibits two curve segments (25a, b), which ascend in the axial direction and exhibit, at their ends remote from the writing tip (10a), a catch corresponding to the mounting position of the writing lead (11) and, at their end close to the writing tip (10a), catches (25d, 25e) corresponding to the writing position.
  4. Hand-operated writing tool according to Claim 3, characterized in that on the guide piece (31) there are provided two mutually adjacent, spherically configured cams (31a, b), which respectively engage alternately in one of the two catches (25d, e) assigned to the writing position.
  5. Hand-operated writing tool according to one of Claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the feed sleeve (30), in a region outside the feed curve (25) and facing the writing tip (10a), preferably between the two curve segments (25a, b), exhibits an annular collar (32), which projects radially over the periphery of the feed sleeve (30) and bears in a sliding manner upon the tip-side end face (43) of the guide bush (40).
  6. Hand-operated writing tool according to Claims 3 and 5, characterized in that the length (a), measured in the peripheral direction, of the collar part (26) corresponds to the width (b) of the guide groove (41), and the axial distance (c) of the collar (26) from the catch (25c) remote from the writing tip is greater than the axial distance (d) of the guide groove (41) from that front edge (42) of the guide bush (40) which is remote from the tip.
  7. Hand-operated writing tool according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the bore (33) in the feed sleeve (30), which-bore receives the end of the lead (11), corresponds in its cross-section to the cross-section of that end of a full-size lead (11) which is remote from the tip.
  8. Hand-operated writing tool according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the carrier head (20) exhibits, on its outer periphery, a ring consisting of elastomeric material, preferably an O-ring (27) placed in a groove (29) and consisting of rubber, over which the cap (50) can be slid in frictional engagement.
  9. Hand-operated writing tool according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that within the cap (50) there are provided two stop ribs (54, 55), which extend in the axial direction and, when the cap (50) is slid on, bear upon the top side of the stamp carrier (22) on both sides of the stamp (23) steeped in stamping ink.
  10. Hand-operated writing tool according to Claims 8 and 9, characterized in that the axial distance (d) between the tip-side end (58) of the ribs (54, 55) is less than the axial distance (e) of the tip-remote end (22a) of the stamp carrier (22) from the elastomeric ring (27).
