Description

Die Randlochung kommt jedoch erst dann voll zur Wirkung, wenn die Stifte mit ihrem größten Durchmesser die Löcher im Papier ausfüllen. Trotzdem sind auch hier noch Unterschiede der Kraftübertragung möglich. Es muß nämlich bedacht werden, daß die Kräfte in den beiden Randstreifen des Leporello-Papiers gleichzeitig und gleichgroß übertragen werden, um einen Schieflauf der Papierbahn zu vermeiden. Diese Vorsprünge erhöhen die Reibung zwischen Papier und dem Treibriemen beim Einschwenken der Stifte schon zu einem Zeitpunkt, wenn das Papier noch nicht voll den Stiftfuß mit dem größeren Durchmesser erreicht hat. Die Mitnahmekraft wird hierbei schon durch eine größere Ungenauigkeit als Ersatz für die Vorsprünge entscheidend erhöht. So können die Treibriemen an den bezeichneten Flächen (bei Herstellung durch Spritzen) aufgerauht, wie z. B. mit Einschnitten versehen sein, zwischen denen die "Vorsprünge" entstehen. Dem Durchmesserunterschied zwischen Stift 7 und Loch 11 wird dadurch begegnet, daß (Figur 2) jeder Stift 7 einen im Durchmesser größeren Stiftfuß 12 aufweist, der durch entsprechende Radien 13 gebildet wird.
