- A cartridge case collector for a shoulder firearm the frame of which has a receiver for the engagement of a removable cartridge magazine and a window for the ejection of the cases of the fired cartridges, and comprising a container having an entrance opening adapted to be positioned opposite the window for the ejection of the cases in order to collect them and means for its temporary attachment to an element of the firearm, characterized in that the container comprises a bottom portion (1) provided with attachment means (3, 4) intended to secure its temporary attachment to a cartridge magazine (7) of the firearm, and a top portion (2) provided with a retractable lateral telescopic extension (5) having at its free end the opening (6) for the entrance of the cases, such an extension having a length at least equal to the width of a cartridge magazine.

- A cartridge case collector according to claim 1, characterized in that the two portions (1, 2) of the container are telescopic, the top portion (2) being retractable into the bottom portion (1) after retraction of its lateral extension (5).
