  • This invention is concerned with containers and in particular containers with closure systems of the kind which are commonly called “tamper evident” or “pilfer proof”.
  • Tamper evident or pilfer proof closures for containers are known in which a strip or band is provided around a closure member of the container, and has to be removed before the closure member can be removed to give access to the contents of the container. Claims (14)

  1. Ensemble de conteneur comprenant un conteneur et une fermeture à révélation de manipulation, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une bande (16) amovible qui est reçue de façon coulissante sur une surface externe du conteneur ou un organe de fermeture et qui entoure circonférentiellement une zone de coopération entre l'organe de fermeture du conteneur et le conteneur qui doit être expansée radialement afin d'enlever l'organe de fermeture du conteneur, la bande étant séparée du conteneur et de l'organe de fermeture dans sa position opérationnelle, des moyens (12,25) d'interdiction d'enlèvement de la bande par déplacement de celle-ci dans les deux directions axiales et des moyens de relâchement pour permettre le relâchement de cette bande, afin de pouvoir enlever du conteneur l'organe de fermeture.
  2. Ensemble de conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé de plus en ce que le conteneur, l'organe de fermeture, et la bande amovible sont tous moulés à partir d'un matériau plastique.
  3. Ensemble de conteneur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé de plus en ce que la zone de coopération, l'organe de fermeture et le conteneur sont formés avec des épaulements annulaires respectifs (14,23) qui coopèrent entre eux pour empêcher un mouvement axial de séparation de ces parties en l'absence d'expansion radiale.
  4. Ensemble de conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé de plus en ce que l'organe de fermeture comprend un capuchon qui vient en prise sur le goulot du conteneur et en ce que la bande (16) entoure le capuchon.
  5. Ensemble de conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé de plus en ce que l'organe de fermeture comprend un bouchon qui s'emboîte dans le goulot et en ce que la bande (16) entoure le goulot du conteneur.
  6. Ensemble de conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé de plus en ce que la bande est interdite de déplacement axial par deux épaulements annulaires externes (12,25) ménagés dans le conteneur et dans l'organe de fermeture respectivement.
  7. Ensemble de conteneur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé de plus en ce que la surface circonférentielle externe de la bande (16) affleure aux surfaces circonférentielles externes des épaulements.
  8. Ensemble de conteneur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé de plus en ce qu'un des épaulements (25) comporte une lèvre annulaire s'étendant de manière à recouvrir une partie d'extrémité de la bande (16).
  9. Conteneur destiné à être utilisé dans un ensemble selon la revendication 1, ce conteneur comportant un goulot pour recevoir un organe de fermeture de l'ensemble en forme de bouchon, caractérisé en ce que le conteneur est moulé à partir d'un matériau plastique en y formant un anneau de ce matériau plastique fournissant la bande s'étendant autour du bord du goulot du conteneur et à l'écart axialement de ce bord, et étant relié au bord par au moins une partie frangible, en ce qu'une partie du goulot du conteneur, voisine de l'anneau, comporte une surface circonférentielle externe agencée de manière à recevoir l'anneau de façon télescopique lorsque les moyens frangibles sont brisés et en ce que ladite partie du goulot du conteneur est formée intérieurement de manière à présenter des moyens pour coopérer avec un bouchon de fermeture de telle manière que le goulot puisse être expansé radialement de façon à enlever du conteneur le bouchon de fermeture.
  10. Conteneur selon la revendication 9, caractérisé de plus en ce qu'un épaulement annulaire est formé à l'extrémité de la surface circonférentielle externe éloignée du bord pour interdire un déplacement axial de l'anneau depuis cette surface dans cette direction.
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'un conteneur pour un ensemble selon la revendication 1, ce conteneur comportant un goulot qui est adapté pour recevoir à l'intérieur un bouchon formant l'organe de fermeture de l'ensemble, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le moulage du conteneur à partir d'un matériau plastique en y formant un anneau de matériau plastique fournissant la bande s'étendant autour du bord du goulot du conteneur et à l'écart axialement de ce bord, et étant relié au bord par au moins une partie frangible, une partie du goulot du conteneur, voisine de l'anneau, comportant une surface circonférentielle externe agencée de manière à recevoir sur elle l'anneau de façon télescopique et ladite partie du goulot étant formée intérieurement de manière à présenter des moyens pour coopérer avec le bouchon de fermeture de telle manière que ladite partie du goulot puisse être expansée radialement de façon à enlever du goulot le bouchon de fermeture, le détachement de l'anneau en matériau plastique du goulot du conteneur au moyen de la ou des partie(s) frangible(s) de manière à former la bande et, simultanément au détachement, l'engagement de cette bande de façon télescopique sur la surface circonférentielle externe du goulot du conteneur.
  12. Procédé pour assembler un ensemble de conteneur selon la revendication 1 se caractérisant en ce qu'il comprend la fabrication d'un conteneur par le procédé selon la revendication 11 et l'engagement d'un organe de fermeture sous la forme d'un bouchon dans le goulot du conteneur.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12 caractérisé de plus en ce que l'anneau (16) est détaché du conteneur et déplacé pour coopérer avec la surface circonférentielle externe avant l'engagement de l'organe de fermeture dans le goulot du conteneur.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé de plus en ce que l'anneau est détaché du conteneur et déplacé de manière à coopérer avec la surface circonférentielle externe simultanément à l'engagement de l'organe de fermeture dans le goulot du conteneur.
