Claims (4)

  1. Mehrschichtiger Textilkomplex der Art, daß er wenigstens zwei faserige, nichtgewebte, übereinandergelegte Lagen (1,2) aufweist, wobei die eine der Lagen (2) auf der Grundlage von synthetischen, schmiegsamen, nicht spröden Fasern wie Fasern aus Polyester, Polyamid, Polypropylen hergestellt ist, die andere Lage (1) auf der Grundlage von verhältnismäßig steifen und spröden Mineralfasern (wie Glas, Amiant) hergestellt ist, die Verbindung zwischen den zwei Schichten mittels eines kleineren Teiles (2a) der synthetischen Fasern erhalten ist, die in die Tiefe der Lage (1) aus Mineralfasern eingebracht sind, ohne dabei aus der Oberfläche herauszutreten, und der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß in der Lage (1) auf der Grundlage von Mineralfasern die Fasern sehr genau parallel zu der Oberfläche ausgerichtet sind und eine verhältnismäßig dichte Einheit bilden, daß diese Lage (1) vor deren Zusammenbringen mit der Lage (2) aus synthetischen Fasern einer Behandlung unterzogen ist, die es gestattet, in seiner Dicke feine Perforationen hervorzurufen, wobei in das Innere dieser Perforationen bevorzugt die synthetischen Fasern (2a) eingebracht sind, die zum Verbinden der beiden Lagen (1,2) untereinander dienen.
  2. Komplex nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine innere Verstärkungsarmierung zwischen die zwei Lagen (1,2) eingebracht ist.
  3. Verfahren zum Erhalt eines mehrschichtigen Textilkomplexes auf der Grundlage von faserigen Lagen (1,2) mit verschiedenen Eigenschaften, wobei die Lagen untereinander durch Verschlingung der Fasern der einen Lage mit deren der zweiten Lage verbunden sind, und bei dem
    - die eine der in diesem Verbund verwendeten Lagen (2) auf der Grundlage von synthetischen, schmiegsamen, nicht spröden Fasern wie Fasern aus Polyester, Polyamid, Polypropylen ist
    - die andere Lage (1) auf der Grundlage von verhältnismäßig steifen und spröden Mineralfasern (wie Glas, Amiant) ist, wobei dieses Verfahren ein Übereinanderlegen der Lagen (1,2) und deren Unterziehen unter die Einwirkung von Flüssigkeitsstrahlen beinhaltet, die auf die Oberfläche der Lage auf der Grundlage von synthetischen Fasern derart einwirkt, daß ein Teil der Fasern in die Richtung der Tiefe umgeordnet wird und der Schichtverband der Lagen bei der Einwirkung der Strahlen durch eine durchgehende, durchlässige Fläche unterstützt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dieser Behandlung zum Verbinden die Lage (1) auf der Grundlage von Mineralfasern einer Vorbehandlung unterzogen ist, die das Einbringen von Perforationen über deren gesamte Tiefe erlaubt, die gleichmäßig über die Oberfläche dieser Lage verteilt sind.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlung vor der Vorperforierung durch Nadelung mittels gewöhnlicher Nadeln oder mittels Flüssigkeitsstrahlen erfolgt.
