Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zur Sterilisierung und Reinigung des Füllraums (52) an einem System zur aseptischen Füllung einer sterilen Verpackung (7), die mit einem Aufsatz (8) mit einer durchtrennbaren Außenmembran (9) versehen ist, bei welchem der Kopfraum (52) bei einer Temperatur von 120 bis 150°C mit Dampf 1 bis 10 Sekunden lang sterilisiert wird, die Außenmembran (9) durchtrennt wird, um die Füllung der Verpackung (7) vorzunehmen, die Verpackung geschlossen wird und der Kopfraum (52) mit Dampf mit einer Temperatur von 110 bis 150°C 1 bis 5 Sekunden lang gereinigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dampf bei der Sterilisierung und Reinigung mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 50 bis 450 m/s in einem Dampfeintrittsventil eintritt, das mit dem Dampfaustrittsventil einen Winkel von 70 bis 110° bildet, wobei diese beiden Ventile in Höhe des Kopfraums ausmünden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sterilisierung und Reinigung des Kopfraums (52) bei einer Temperatur von 120 bis 130°C mit Dampf durchgeführt wird, der mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 50 bis 150 m/s eintritt.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 an einem System zum aseptischen Füllen mit einem Fluideintrittskanal (2) und einem Fluidaustrittskanal (3), einem Füllkopf (1) mit einem Ventil (4) zur Regelung des Fluideintrittsdurchsatzes, einem Verpackungshalter (11, 31), der unter dem Füllkopf angeordnet ist und zum Versiegeln der Verpackung (7) nach dem Füllen dient, und einem Dampfeintrittsventil (62) und einem Ventil (63) mit einer Dampfaustritts- und Entleerungsleitung für die Reinigung nach dem Füllen, wobei diese Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß das Dampfeintrittsventil (62) und das Dampfaustritts- und Entleerungsventil (63) beide im unteren Teil des Füllkopfs angeordnet sind, wobei die Achsen dieser Ventile miteinander einen Winkel von 70 bis 110° bilden und diese Ventile Einrichtungen besitzen, die den Dampfeintritt mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 50 bis 450 m/s gestatten.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse des Dampfeintrittsventils (62) und die Achse des Ventils (63) mit einer Dampfaustritts- und Entleerungsleitung einen Winkel von 85 bis 95° bilden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse des Ventils (4) zur Regelung des Ventileintrittsdurchsatzes und die Achse des Dampfeintrittsventils 62 bzw. die Achse des Dampfaustritts- und Entleerungsventils (63) einen Winkel von 40 bis 80° bilden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse des Ventils (4) zur Regelung des Fluideintrittsdurchsatzes und die Achse des Dampfeintrittsventils (62) einen Winkel von 60 bis 70° bilden.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift des Dampfeintrittsventils (62) und der des Dampfaustritts- und Entleerungsventils (63) in den Kopfraum bündig eintreten und verschiedene Durchmesser besitzen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllkopf (1) über dem Verpackungshalter eine abnehmbare Platte (60) mit konzentrischen Rillen zum Halten der Verpackung (7) in der richtigen Stellung besitzt.
