Definitions
- the invention relates to a Walkergaszugrohr according to the preamble of the main claim.
- Hot gas flue pipes of the type mentioned are generally known and are used in a wide variety of boiler designs, but their designs differ fundamentally from boilers for smaller output ranges, which are known to contain all areas carrying heating and flue gas in only one room (e.g. relatively large cylinder). So combustion chamber, deflection chamber, heating gas flues and flue gas collection chamber. In contrast, in the boilers of interest, the secondary heating surfaces or hot gas flues are formed by relatively small-diameter pipes (of the order of about 30 to 80 mm in diameter) which pass through the water-carrying part of the boiler housing essentially horizontally above and / or next to the actual combustion chamber.
- Heating gas draft tubes formed from an inner and outer tube are also known from DE-A-33 09 930.
- the pipes are at a relatively large distance from each other, i.e. they enclose an annular gap, which can lead to buckling, particularly of the inner pipe, when exposed to heat.
- spacer elements between the pipes, while according to DE-A-34 40 006, powdery material with a given thermal conductivity is filled between the double pipes after their assembly. In both cases, however, these measures extend over the entire length of the heating gas pipes.
- the invention has for its object to improve a Schusteryakrohr of the type mentioned with simple means to the effect that condensation can be countered in the critical area.
- This inventive measure of incorporating an additional sleeve between the inner and outer tube is as simple as it is effective for preventing condensation in this critical area.
- very thin sheet metal can advantageously be used for the sleeve, and on the other hand This creates an additional gap, which despite pressing the pipes together in some areas represents an additional barrier for heat transfer insofar as the areas of the inner pipe covered with it cannot cool down as quickly as if there was only one gap.
- What is essential for the whole is less the additional integration of a thin sleeve, but rather the creation of an additional gap, which, however, can only be imagined as a very fine structural break between adjacent layers of the tubes and the sleeve.
- the sleeve only with a wall thickness of 0.5 to 1.0 mm, preferably 0.75 mm, with this dimension ultimately only the practical handling of the sleeve being decisive, that is, theoretically, one could also provide an even thinner metal foil for the sleeve, but this would be difficult to handle.
- the provision according to the invention of introducing an additional sleeve in the exhaust area of the heating gas draft tube is particularly advantageous in that the fold areas on the fin feet are involved in the heat transfer, i.e. for subclaim 3, protection is only provided within the scope of the present invention claimed.
- the heating gas draft tube according to the invention is explained in more detail below with the aid of the drawing of an exemplary embodiment.
- Fig. 1 only the area 3 of the heating gas draft tube I of interest, which is of course much longer as a whole, is shown. Also shown is an embodiment of the heating gas draft tube, in which, as can be seen in FIG. 2, the inner tube consists of a sheet metal blank that is folded into longitudinal ribs 6 and rounded into a tube. As can also be seen from FIG. 1, the outer tube 1 is applied in a heat-conducting manner in partial areas 8 by all-round pressing. In the free space between the longitudinal ribs 6, as can also be seen from FIG. 2, there may be a filler 7, which causes the heating gases flowing in the direction of arrow A to flow through the channels 9 delimited by the longitudinal ribs 6.
- a metallic sleeve 4 is pressed in a heat-conducting manner to both tubes.
- the wall thickness W of the sleeve 4 can be dimensioned extremely thin, but this is advantageously dimensioned with a wall thickness of approximately 0.75 mm in order not to impair the handling of the sleeve 4.
- the insertion of the sleeve 4 is absolutely no problem, because it can be inserted between the two tubes 1, 2 before they are pressed.
- the sleeve 4 or its sheet metal blank 4 ' is advantageously cut in the sense of FIG. 3 and then rounded to the sleeve.
- This results in a configuration of the heating gas draft tube such that the sleeve 4 is provided with an oblique cut 5 towards the inflow side Z of the tube I and with its longest surface line (in the exemplary embodiment is a whole median strip MS) "below", that is, arranged on the inflow side B.
- This design of a heating gas draft tube with only two shells and the additional arrangement of a comparatively thin-walled additional sleeve can of course also be used for double-skin heating gas draft tubes if the outer tube is not, as shown in FIG. 1, pressed in parts.

Description
- Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch das Heizgaszugrohr;
