Dabei werden die erwünschten Schnittbilder gemäß den programmierten Bewegungsbahnen aus der von dem Transportband 14 geförderten Stoffbahn 48 ausgeschnitten. Die Bewegungsbahnen der Schneideinrichtungen 34 sind in der Steuereinrichtung 40 für eine stehende Stoffbahn gespeichert. Um nun zu den gewünschten Schnittbildern zu gelangen, subtrahiert die Steuereinrichtung 40 die Fördergeschwindigkeit des Transportbandes 14 von der gespeicherten Längsgeschwindigkeit des jeweiligen Portals 26. Die Daten der Fördergeschwindigkeit des Transportbandes 14 werden der Steuereinrichtung 40 von dem Bandantrieb 22 übergeben. Durch die in der Steuereinrichtung 40 gespeicherten Daten der Schnittbilder und die Daten der Fördergeschwindigkeit ist der Steuereinrichtung 40 die genaue Position und die Art jedes Schnitteils bekannt. Dies ermöglicht es dem ebenfalls von der Steuereinrichtung 40 gesteuerten Saugheber 56, die zugeschnittenen Schnitteile aus der Stoffbahn 48 zu entnehmen und entsprechend ihrer Art an zugeordneten Plätzen abzulegen. Der Rest der Stoffbahn 48 wird von dem Abfallwickel 54, der sich in Übereinstimmung mit der Fördergeschwindigkeit des Transportbandes 14 dreht, aufgewickelt.

Claims (6)

  1. Method for cutting out elements for garments, wherein
    - a sheet of cloth (48) is unwound from a storage reel (46) and continuously conveyed in a plane in its longitudinal direction,
    - during continuous conveyance simultaneous cutting out takes place in at least two cutting regions of said sheet of cloth (48) with respective program control (40) for simultaneous manufacturing of different elements or different areas of a element, and
    - each cut out element is mechanically or pneumatically lifted and removed from said sheet of cloth (48) in a removing region arranged after the cutting regions in the conveying direction of said sheet of cloth (48).
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that said cutting regions in said sheet of cloth (48) are permanently kept separated from each other by program control through a safety region.
  3. Apparatus for cutting out elements for garments, comprising:
    - a cutting table (10) having a support surface (12) surrounded by an endless continuously driven transport ribbon (14) for conveying a sheet of cloth (48),
    - a storage reel (46) for said sheet of cloth (48) arranged before said cutting table (10) in the conveying direction,
    - at least two cutting means (34) above the conveying plane of said transport ribbon (14) movable therealong and thereacross in respective cutting regions for cutting said elements out of said sheet of cloth (48) conveyed by said transport ribbon (14),
    - at least one removing means (56) arranged after said cutting means (34) in the conveying direction for removing said elements from said transport ribbon (14),
    - an evacuation reel (54) for the cloth arranged after said cutting table (10) in the conveying direction, and
    - a control unit (40) in which the different cutting programs of said cutting means (34) for each element are stored, which control unit controls the trajectories of said cutting means (34) and said removing means (56) with respect to the conveying speed of said transport ribbon (14), and which makes sure that the cutting regions of adjacent cutting means (34) are permanently kept separated from each other through a safety region.
  4. Apparatus according to claim 3, characterized by a steam device (50) for steaming said sheet of cloth (48) being provided between said storage reel (46) of said sheet of cloth (48) and said cutting table (10).
  5. Apparatus according to claim 3 or 4, characterized by a scanner for checking said sheet of cloth (48).
  6. Apparatus according to any of claims 3 to 5, characterized by said transport ribbon (14) consisting of a brush mattress.
