Description
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem verfahren zum Ausspülen von Waschmittelresten aus einem Wäscheposten mittels Wasser in einer Waschmaschine, bei dem der Spülprozeß einen Abschnitt zum Behandeln der Wäsche mit einem Weichspülmittel enthält und bei dem die für die Behandlung der Wäsche vorgesehene Menge an Weichspülmittel mindestens über die Dauer eines ersten Teils des Behandlungsabschnitts verteilt dem Spülwasser zugegeben wird.The invention is based on a method for rinsing detergent residues from a laundry item by means of water in a washing machine, in which the rinsing process contains a section for treating the laundry with a fabric softener and in which the amount of fabric softener provided for the treatment of the laundry is at least above the Duration of a first part of the treatment section is added to the rinse water.

Dies geschieht entweder auf eine Weise, bei der dem zulaufenden Spülwasser eine zugemessene Einzeldosis von Weichspülmittel zugeleitet und dabei diese Einzeldosis zusammen mit dem Spülwasser in den Laugenbehälter überführt wird. In einer anderen bekannten Einrichtung (DE-A-31 49 851) wird eine solche bemessene Menge an Weichspülmittel in einem Zuge ohne Mitwirkung des Spülwassers aus einem Vorratsbehälter unmittelbar in den Wäsche-Behandlungsraum gefördert.Such methods are known (for example FR-A-24 02 026). Dies betrifft die Zugabe ohne Spülwasser und die gleichmäßige Zugabe ins zulaufende Spülwasser gleichermaßen, weil sich das Weichspülmittel - auch in der laminaren Strömung des zulaufenden Spülwassers - nicht auflösen kann. Treffen nun derartige Wolken hochkonzentrierten Weichspülmittels auf Wäschestücke, so zieht die gesamte Weichspülmittel-Menge dieser Wolke auf die Fasern der Wäschestücke auf und geht damit der Behandlung anderer Fasern von Wäschestücken verloren. Diese werden dadurch mit Weichspülmittel unterversorgt. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die für die Behandlung der Wäsche vorgesehene Menge an Weichspülmittel in kleinen Portionen von mehreren Einzeldosen dem Spülwasser zugegeben wird. Sofern hierfür Einrichtungen denkbar sind, wäre es von großem Nutzen, die für die Behandlung der Wäsche vorgesehen Menge an Weichspülmittel über eine längere Dauer des Behandlungsabschnittes (nicht nur während des Wasserzulaufs) kontinuierlich dem Spülwasser zuzugeben. Aber bereits die erfindungsgemäße Zugabe von mehreren, z.B. sieben, kleineren Portionen gibt dem Weichspülmittel auf dem Wege bis zur Wäsche in höherem Maße als bei einer kurzfristigen, zusammenhängenden Zufuhr der Gesamtmenge die Gelegenheit, sich im zugelaufenen Spülwasser zu verteilen und entsprechend verteilt auf die Wäsche aufzuziehen. Kleinere Portionen können sich schneller im Spülwasser losen als eine zusammenhängende größere Dosis. Alle nachfolgend zugegebenen Einzeldosen haben demnach wiederum die Chance, sich aufzulösen, bevor sie auf andere Teile des Wäschepostens stoßen als ihre Vorgängerdosis. Die einzelnen Portionen können aber auch direkt in den Laugenbehälter einer Waschmaschine gegeben werden, deren Wäschetrommel durch Drehen das Weichspülmittel sofort im Spülwasser verteilt.According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the amount of fabric softener intended for treating the laundry is added to the rinse water in small portions of several individual doses. Auf diese Weise wurde die Chance verbessert, daß trotz konzentrierter Beaufschlagung einzelner Gewebeteile auch andere Gewebeteile noch genügende Mengen von Weichspülmittel aufnehmen konnten. Da nunmehr durch die erfindungsgemäß verteilte Zugabe des Weichspülmittels hiervon nicht mehr so große Mengen wie bisher benötigt werden, kann eine Menge von ca. 20 % der bisher benötigten Weichspülmittel-Menge eingespart werden. Die sparsamere Verwendung von Weichspülmittel setzt auch die Gefahr von hierdurch verursachten Haut-Irritationen herab. - Method for the rinsing of washing agent residues out of a laundry lot by means of water in a washing machine, in which the rinsing process contains a section for treating the laundry with a soft-rinsing agent and in which the quantity of soft-rinsing agent provided for the treatment of the laundry is added to the rinsing water in distribution over at least the duration of a first part of the treatment section, characterised thereby, that the quantity of the soft-rinsing agent provided for the treatment of the laundry is added to the rinsing water in small portions of several individual doses.
- Method according to claim 1, characterised thereby, that at least a part of the portions is added to the inflowing rinsing water.
- Equipment for the performance of the method according to claim 1 or 2 with a program-controlled device for the metering of additions from a soft-rinsing agent stock and a control equipment which stimulates the device for delivery of the quantity of soft-rinsing agent provided for the treatment of the laundry, characterised thereby, that the control equipment resolves the quantity reported to it into a number of smaller portions and activates the device for the delivery of the portions spread in time.
