Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine feuerfeste Verbindung zwischen einem eine Metallschmelze enthaltenden Gefäß und einer Abzugsvorrichtung für die Metallschmelze, insbesondere feuerfester Ausguß für Stahlschmelze.
Zur Vermeidung eines Einfrierens der Metallschmelze und von Ablagerungen von Bestandteilen der Metallschmelze auf der Innenwandfläche (2) der Ausgußwandung wird erfindungsgemäß im wesentlichen vorgeschlagen, daß die Ausgußinnenwandung (1) ganz oder teilweise aus bei wenigstens Liquidus-Temperatur der Metallschmelze elektrisch leitfähigem, mittels einer Induktionsspule (4) induktiv aufheizbarem keramischen Material besteht bzw. ein solches Material aufweist. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auch auf die besondere Ausgestaltung einer hierfür, aber auch in anderem Zusammenhang wirtschaftlich einsetzbaren Induktionsspule (4).
