Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for ventilating or in particular living rooms or the like. With a housing box.
- Ventilation of living spaces takes place today via separate supply and exhaust air grilles.
- the exhaust air grille is located on an outer wall, so that the exhaust air can be discharged directly into the open.
- ventilation usually takes place via ceiling grilles, which have a corresponding connection to an air conditioning system or the like.
- the inventors have set themselves the goal of simplifying the ventilation of living spaces in particular and making them more visually appealing.
- a collection space for supply air from a space for exhaust air is arranged in the housing box separated by a wall, both spaces being connected to a supply or exhaust air line via corresponding connecting pieces.
- the ventilation of a room is carried out by a single device, ie a single or uniform supply or exhaust air grille. It is also only necessary to create a breakthrough in the living space, so that the work for an additional breakthrough is eliminated. Furthermore, this device according to the invention is very easy to assemble and shortens the assembly time considerably. It should be particularly emphasized that the combined supply and exhaust grille according to the invention is also suitable for retrofitting. The supply and exhaust air grille is provided with appropriate colors so that it can be adapted very well to the individual living rooms.
- the room for the exhaust air has exhaust vents towards the living room.
- the exhaust air enters the room through these exhaust air slots and is then passed on to an exhaust air line via the corresponding connecting piece.
- the exhaust air slots are punched into a sheet metal strip.
- the supply air preferably discharges from the collecting room to the living room via nozzles.
- the nozzles are inserted in a row next to the exhaust air slots in the sheet metal strip.
- another arrangement is also conceivable here.
- the nozzle axes of the individual nozzles should have a different position from one another. If the nozzles are arranged in a row, for example, it is advisable that the outer nozzles are inclined outwards, while the inner nozzles are spread to the left or right. In this way a wide range of supply air is achieved.
- the number of nozzles is not limited.
- the nozzles also make it possible for the supply air to be introduced into a living space at an increased speed even with a relatively small amount of air per individual nozzle. This ensures that the introduction of the supply air is in no way disturbed by the extraction of the exhaust air through the exhaust air slots. Therefore, supply air and exhaust air grilles can be used in the same device without hesitation.
- the exhaust air space opens outwards via a nozzle.
- This nozzle has the considerable advantage that the dirty exhaust air is blown far away from the facade, so that the facade is no longer contaminated. For this reason, this nozzle is also used in a surface of an insert and protrudes accordingly over the facade.
- the exhaust air can be blown far away from the blow-out opening with relatively little fan force through the nozzle opening.
- This blowing out of the exhaust air also has the advantage that the supply air for the living space can also be introduced directly next to the blow-out nozzle without, for example, exhaust air which has already been blown out being sucked in again. Therefore, according to the invention, the supply air space opens to the outside via supply air intake openings.
- These supply air intake openings are preferably covered by punched strips so that, for example, no rain is also drawn in.
- a combined exhaust grille R 1 with supply air intake opening has, according to FIG. 1, a housing box 1, which has one end connection piece 2 for exhaust air or - not shown - for supply air.
- This housing box 1 encloses a space which is divided into a supply air space 4 and an exhaust air space 5 via a partition 3 (shown in broken lines in FIG. 2).
- a frame 6 is inserted in the housing box 1, which on the one hand forms a cover strip 7 and on the other hand holds an insert 8.
- This insert 8 has a surface 9 into which, on the one hand, a nozzle 10 for discharging exhaust air and, on the other hand, supply air intake openings 11 for intake of supply air are inserted or molded.
- the supply air intake openings 11 are covered with a corresponding punched strip 12.
- the supply and exhaust air grille R2 according to Figure 3 also has a housing box 1, which is inserted into a stable cover frame 7.
- This cover frame 7 serves, among other things, to blind the supply and exhaust air grille, for example when used in the ceiling of a living room.
- the housing box 1 has two connecting pieces 2 and 13, with supply air 13 being able to be introduced into a collecting space 15 of the housing box 1 via the connecting piece 13.
- the collecting space 15 is divided in the housing box 1 by the partition 3 from a further space 17, in which exhaust air passes through corresponding exhaust vents 18. This space 17 opens into the connecting piece 2.
- the exhaust air slots 18 are stamped into a sheet metal strip 19, which closes the collecting space 15 and space 17 from the interior of the living space and is laterally connected to the cover frame 7.
- this sheet metal strip 19 is of U-shaped cross section, primarily for optical reasons, so that the exhaust air slots 18 are located in a depression 20 in the supply and exhaust air grating R 2.
- outlet nozzles 21 are arranged in a row, which are also retracted in the depression 20.
- Each outlet nozzle has an annular groove 22 into which a corresponding edge strip of a punched-out opening in the sheet metal strip 19 engages in the position of use.
- FIG. 4 shows that each nozzle 21 has a nozzle axis A arranged parallel to one another. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, however, each nozzle 21 should have a different blow-out angle. Above all, the two outer nozzles 21a and 21d are to be inserted into the sheet metal strip 19, spreading upward and downward, and the two middle nozzles 21b and 21c spread to the left and to the right. It is also within the scope of the invention that only two nozzles are used or more than four. The number upwards is not limited.
- the position of the nozzles relative to one another is important so that the jet trajectories of the nozzles do not touch each other when blowing out and, above all, the entire living space is flushed well with supply air.
- a wide-ranging supply air jet is created, which consists of a relatively small amount of air per individual nozzle and penetrates far into the room, thus enabling optimal, uniform supply air flow over the entire area of the room.
- the supply air reaches a corresponding speed, so that the supply air is not disturbed by the nearby exhaust air slots 18 in the same grid R2.
- the exhaust vents 18 can be provided with known devices for quantity adjustment. Furthermore, the entire housing box 1 is designed insulated for the purpose of sound and heat insulation.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for ventilating or in particular living rooms or the like. With a housing box.
Ventilation of living spaces takes place today via separate supply and exhaust air grilles. As a rule, the exhaust air grille is located on an outer wall, so that the exhaust air can be discharged directly into the open. On the other hand, ventilation usually takes place via ceiling grilles, which have a corresponding connection to an air conditioning system or the like.
The disadvantage of this arrangement is that, on the one hand, separate breakthroughs for supply and exhaust air have to be created, and not only is an increased workload necessary as a result, but also the visual impression of a room is impaired. The use of separately existing supply and exhaust air grilles also entails an increased amount of work.
The inventors have set themselves the goal of simplifying the ventilation of living spaces in particular and making them more visually appealing.
Abluftleitung in Verbindung stehen. To achieve this object, a collection space for supply air from a space for exhaust air is arranged in the housing box separated by a wall, both spaces being connected to a supply or exhaust air line via corresponding connecting pieces.
As a result, the ventilation of a room is carried out by a single device, ie a single or uniform supply or exhaust air grille.
The room for the exhaust air has exhaust vents towards the living room. The exhaust air enters the room through these exhaust air slots and is then passed on to an exhaust air line via the corresponding connecting piece. There is no restriction for the configuration of the exhaust air slots within the scope of the present invention. However, additional facilities for adjusting the quantity and improving the design of the optics are likely to be available.
In a simple exemplary embodiment, the exhaust air slots are punched into a sheet metal strip.
The supply air preferably discharges from the collecting room to the living room via nozzles. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the nozzles are inserted in a row next to the exhaust air slots in the sheet metal strip. However, another arrangement is also conceivable here. On the other hand, it is essential that the nozzle axes of the individual nozzles should have a different position from one another. If the nozzles are arranged in a row, for example, it is advisable that the outer nozzles are inclined outwards, while the inner nozzles are spread to the left or right. In this way a wide range of supply air is achieved. The number of nozzles is not limited.
The nozzles also make it possible for the supply air to be introduced into a living space at an increased speed even with a relatively small amount of air per individual nozzle. This ensures that the introduction of the supply air is in no way disturbed by the extraction of the exhaust air through the exhaust air slots. Therefore, supply air and exhaust air grilles can be used in the same device without hesitation.
In a further exemplary embodiment of the invention, the exhaust air space opens outwards via a nozzle. This nozzle has the considerable advantage that the dirty exhaust air is blown far away from the facade, so that the facade is no longer contaminated. For this reason, this nozzle is also used in a surface of an insert and protrudes accordingly over the facade. The exhaust air can be blown far away from the blow-out opening with relatively little fan force through the nozzle opening. This blowing out of the exhaust air also has the advantage that the supply air for the living space can also be introduced directly next to the blow-out nozzle without, for example, exhaust air which has already been blown out being sucked in again. Therefore, according to the invention, the supply air space opens to the outside via supply air intake openings.
These supply air intake openings are preferably covered by punched strips so that, for example, no rain is also drawn in.
For the guidance of the supply and exhaust air line, on the one hand, it is thought that they are in contact with each other. A certain heat exchange can thus take place on the walls, so that the much warmer exhaust air can heat up the cooler supply air. This is of course further improved if, according to the invention, the exhaust air line is routed in the supply air line, since this increases the heat exchange area.
In this device according to the invention consisting of exhaust air nozzle and supply air intake opening, the simpler assembly and the avoidance of contamination of the facade should be emphasized.

The position of the nozzles relative to one another is important so that the jet trajectories of the nozzles do not touch each other when blowing out and, above all, the entire living space is flushed well with supply air.
