Definitions
- the invention relates to a tent according to the type of the main claim.
- a tent should also be as light as possible for transportation reasons, be quick to set up and look good.
- the problem with such tents is the dependence of the structure on the quality of the ground in order to obtain the anchoring required for tensioning.
- unevenness of the ground directly affects the user on the tent floor, so that additional padding, such as air mattresses, is required for hard ground.
- the invention has for its object to provide a tent with a tent floor without these disadvantages mentioned.
- the tent according to the invention with the characterizing features of the main claim has the advantage that the tent is designed as a spatial body that does not have to be connected to the ground. There the tent floor is at a certain distance from the ground, the user has the advantage that on the one hand he does not have to lie on hard ground and on the other hand is given a certain distance to the cold ground, so that moisture present above the tent floor does not always act as a cold bridge can.
- the design of the floor frame which spans a flat hollow body serving as a tent floor, provides an upper floor surface which is not in direct contact with the ground. As a result, no cold bridges can arise between the base and the upper floor surface of the tent, which serves as a lying surface.
- the floor frame has a saddle shape created by deforming a circle and spans two oval fabric sheets as upper and lower floor tarpaulin, which enclose a cavity between them.
- This saddle-shaped frame is stabilized according to the invention by bracing the roof frame, so that a tent floor suitable as a lying surface is created.
- the roof frame is preferably a circular arc Bracket formed, the ends of which are braced against the floor frame. This advantageously results in an easily erectable tent which has approximately the shape of a house tent.
- the roof frame is formed by at least two preferably circular-shaped brackets, the ends of which are each mounted in a hinge, which are braced against the floor frame.
- the tent advantageously has the shape of an igloo or a steep wall tent. The tent is stabilized by tightening the hinges against the floor frame.
- the tent poles are inserted into tubular bands provided on the tarpaulin.
- the tent poles are fixed in their predetermined position by the hose straps, which further increases the stability of the entire tent.
- the tarpaulin is provided with an access opening in a wall section.
- this access opening is preferably oval to circular. This configuration advantageously ensures that the tensioning of the tarpaulin is maintained by the two frames.
- the access opening is provided with a closing device which, according to yet another advantageous embodiment of the invention, preferably has the form of a rectal closure with additional cloths arranged on the tarpaulin and which can be contracted in a ring by a closing cord.
- a closing device which, according to yet another advantageous embodiment of the invention, preferably has the form of a rectal closure with additional cloths arranged on the tarpaulin and which can be contracted in a ring by a closing cord.
- an additional bracing between the roof frame and the upper floor tarpaulin is provided. Due to this additional bracing, the upper floor tarpaulin can be raised at its edges in such a way that a flat lying surface is created. There is also a vertical boundary wall for the tent interior.
- the upper floor tarpaulin is braced against the roof frame by cables.
- the space between the inclined outer wall and the cables advantageously remains accessible.
- the upper floor tarpaulin is braced against the roof frame by additional fabric panels. This advantageously results in additional weather protection due to the presence of two panels. If such additional protection is not required, the outer fabric can also be omitted in this embodiment.
- Fig. 1 two circular arc-shaped brackets 7 are shown as the roof frame 1, which converge with their ends at a coupling point 2, in a hinge, not shown. This hinge enables these brackets 7 to be unfolded.
- the tent floor 3 which consists of a floor frame 4 consisting of tubes, the tubes likewise running in a tubular band shown as a thicker line and spanning two oval fabric panels 5 and 6 between them.
- the shape of this floor frame 4 is obtained by deforming a circle into a saddle-shaped structure.
- the fabric web 5 points downwards, the fabric web 6 upwards.
- a cavity is created between the fabric panels 5 and 6. This cavity can be used to hold luggage.
- the fabric sheet 5 is in contact with the ground on which the tent is built, whereas the fabric sheet 6 serves as a lying surface.
- the floor frame 4 is tensioned to the coupling point 2 by a corresponding number of ropes 8, the floor frame 4 on the one hand being as close as possible to the coupling point 2 and on the other hand also to the brackets 7 is used.
- ropes 8 a suitable tensioning cloth can of course also be used.
- outer tent skin 9 which runs between the roof frame 1 and the floor frame 4 and between the two brackets 7 of the roof frame 1.
- the outer skin 9 makes the lowest possible Determined tension position of the floor frame 4, so that a statically determined body is created after tensioning the tensioning cables 8. Due to the approximately vertical sections of the outer tent skin 9, the two brackets 7 of the roof frame 1 are pulled apart and thereby tension the part of the outer tent skin 9 arranged between them.
- the tubes of the roof frame 1 run in hose bands, which results in additional stability.
- the outer tent skin 9 can also run differently, the decisive factor is that in connection with the frames 1 and 4 and the coupling point 2 it finally forms a statically stable system "tent".
- outer tent skin 9 there is an entrance in the usual way, which, however, is preferably designed in the form of a rectal closure due to the design given here, that is to say that in the taut outer skin serving the static stability purpose, because of this function of the
- the outer skin has a rigid access opening which can be closed via a flexible closing device.
- the closing device can consist of smooth cloths, for example connected by zip fasteners, or of a sack-shaped part, which can preferably be contracted towards the center by a closing cord (rectal closure) and as an additional skin the outer skin is put on without affecting its actual tension.
- Fig. 3 a variant is shown in which the fabric sheet 6 of the tent floor 3 is pulled upwards by a fabric sheet 11 running vertically to the roof frame 1 so that a flat floor surface is created within the tent.
- Ropes can of course also be used instead of the fabric web 11, or this fabric web 11 can also be designed as an outer skin.
- a body which is clamped between a floor frame and delimits a volume is formed, which is delimited by two preferably oval fabric web surfaces and which is hung between one or more roof frames 1 and braced with this or these.
- the outer tent skin which is stretched over the roof frame, contributes to the stability as well as the tensioning means with which the base frame is stretched to the coupling points, of which at least two must be present.
- each of the coupling points does not have to be restricted to a hinge - in any case not necessary with only one roof frame - instead there can also be an arched section instead of a point, but with a certain centering at the saddle point of this arch.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tent according to the type of the main claim. Such a tent should also be as light as possible for transportation reasons, be quick to set up and look good. The problem with such tents is the dependence of the structure on the quality of the ground in order to obtain the anchoring required for tensioning. In addition, unevenness of the ground directly affects the user on the tent floor, so that additional padding, such as air mattresses, is required for hard ground.
It is known to stretch the tent skin over serving as a roof frame, pluggable tent poles, which after The poles are usually put together under the tent skin in an arc, whereby the tent floor is also stretched. It is also known to stretch the outer skin down by means of the tent floor of the tent. In any case, however, pegs or the like are always required in order to maintain the desired tension towards the bottom. These known tents all have the same disadvantage that they cannot be set up on any surface - they are always statically open (indefinite) chains that are only statically determined by additional means, for example pegs. On hard ground, for example, additional means such as weights or the like would have to be used to generate this tension. In addition, all these tents have the disadvantage that the tent floor rests directly on the ground on which the tent is set up.
The invention has for its object to provide a tent with a tent floor without these disadvantages mentioned.
The tent according to the invention with the characterizing features of the main claim has the advantage that the tent is designed as a spatial body that does not have to be connected to the ground. There the tent floor is at a certain distance from the ground, the user has the advantage that on the one hand he does not have to lie on hard ground and on the other hand is given a certain distance to the cold ground, so that moisture present above the tent floor does not always act as a cold bridge can.
Due to the mutual bracing of the roof frame and the floor frame by the tent tarpaulin they create a statically determined, stable body. At the same time, the design of the floor frame, which spans a flat hollow body serving as a tent floor, provides an upper floor surface which is not in direct contact with the ground. As a result, no cold bridges can arise between the base and the upper floor surface of the tent, which serves as a lying surface.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the floor frame has a saddle shape created by deforming a circle and spans two oval fabric sheets as upper and lower floor tarpaulin, which enclose a cavity between them. This saddle-shaped frame is stabilized according to the invention by bracing the roof frame, so that a tent floor suitable as a lying surface is created.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the roof frame is preferably a circular arc Bracket formed, the ends of which are braced against the floor frame. This advantageously results in an easily erectable tent which has approximately the shape of a house tent.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the roof frame is formed by at least two preferably circular-shaped brackets, the ends of which are each mounted in a hinge, which are braced against the floor frame. In this embodiment, the tent advantageously has the shape of an igloo or a steep wall tent. The tent is stabilized by tightening the hinges against the floor frame.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the tent poles are inserted into tubular bands provided on the tarpaulin. The tent poles are fixed in their predetermined position by the hose straps, which further increases the stability of the entire tent.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the tarpaulin is provided with an access opening in a wall section. According to a further embodiment, this access opening is preferably oval to circular. This configuration advantageously ensures that the tensioning of the tarpaulin is maintained by the two frames.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the access opening is provided with a closing device which, according to yet another advantageous embodiment of the invention, preferably has the form of a rectal closure with additional cloths arranged on the tarpaulin and which can be contracted in a ring by a closing cord. This configuration enables the access opening to be closed in a particularly simple manner.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, an additional bracing between the roof frame and the upper floor tarpaulin is provided. Due to this additional bracing, the upper floor tarpaulin can be raised at its edges in such a way that a flat lying surface is created. There is also a vertical boundary wall for the tent interior.
According to an advantageous development of these features, the upper floor tarpaulin is braced against the roof frame by cables. As a result, the space between the inclined outer wall and the cables advantageously remains accessible.
According to another development of these features, the upper floor tarpaulin is braced against the roof frame by additional fabric panels. This advantageously results in additional weather protection due to the presence of two panels. If such additional protection is not required, the outer fabric can also be omitted in this embodiment.
Further advantages and advantageous embodiments of the invention can be found in the following description, the drawing and the claims.
An embodiment of the object of the invention is shown in the drawing and will be described in more detail below.

In Fig. 1, two circular arc-
After assigning the
Here, too, the tubes of the
Of course, the
In the
In Fig. 3 a variant is shown in which the fabric sheet 6 of the
However, the invention goes beyond this one illustrated embodiment and the variant shown in FIG. 3. According to the invention, it is only decisive that a body which is clamped between a floor frame and delimits a volume is formed, which is delimited by two preferably oval fabric web surfaces and which is hung between one or more roof frames 1 and braced with this or these. The outer tent skin, which is stretched over the roof frame, contributes to the stability as well as the tensioning means with which the base frame is stretched to the coupling points, of which at least two must be present. Of course, each of the coupling points does not have to be restricted to a hinge - in any case not necessary with only one roof frame - instead there can also be an arched section instead of a point, but with a certain centering at the saddle point of this arch.
All features shown in the description, the following claims and the drawing can be essential to the invention both individually and in any combination with one another.
