Claims (6)

  1. Installation pour la fabrication en continu de sacs en utilisant des films en polypropylène, en polythène, en polyvinyl et en autres matériaux plastiques similaires, comprenant:
    - un élément de propulsion (9) au moyen duquel dérouler un film continu provenant d'un ou de plusieurs rouleaux qui le fournissent;
    - des moyens (11) rotatifs de soudure à chaud qui opèrent continuellement et qui consistent en des rouleaux (12, 13) à propulsion mécanique disposés avec leurs axes parallèles et perpendiculaires au trajet suivi par le film, avec lesquels produire des joints fusionnés le long des bords parallèles longitudinaux du film et dans la direction transversale;
    - des moyens (40) rotatifs par lesquels couper et partager le film transversalement et/ou longitudinalement en sacs séparés;
    caractérisé en ce fait que les rouleaux (12, 13) à propulsion mécanique sont pourvus de surfaces extérieures qui font que les résistances électriques coïncident avec des générateurs de ligne cylindrique et de ligne droite de la géométrie du rouleau, et le rouleau (13) inférieur est enveloppé d'une boucle (35) de courroie servant à empêcher le contact direct entre le rouleau et le film qui passe.
  2. Installation comme celle de la revendication 1, comprenant des moyens (11) rotatifs de soudure à chaud qui consistent en deux rouleaux à propulsion mécanique (12, 13) reliés à des arbres (17, 18) creux respectifs à travers lesquels des conducteurs qui fournissent la puissance sont acheminés vers les résistances électriques, où les arbres des rouleaux sont portés entre des rails (32, 33) réglables en hauteur, de telle sorte que les positions relatives des arbres puissent être modifiées, et reliés réciproquement par des cylindres pneumatiques de telle sorte que les rouleaux puissent être pressés ensemble d'une façon élastique durant le fonctionnement et séparés l'un de l'autre au cas où il serait nécessaire de l'arrêter.
  3. Installation comme celle de la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce fait qu'elle comprend des moyens rotatifs qui coupent ou des moyens qui coupent et qui percent pour percer un des côtés longitudinaux des sacs, comprenant un dispositif (40a) de coupe qui consiste en deux rouleaux (41a, 41b) disposés avec leurs axes parallèles et perpendiculaires au trajet suivi par le film, les surfaces desquels font que respectivement au moins une lame et au moins un plat frappeur coïncident avec des générateurs de ligne cylindrique et/ou de ligne droite de la géométrie du rouleau.
  4. Installation comme celle de la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce fait qu'elle comprend des moyens rotatifs pour couper et percer comprenant un dispositif (40b) pour percer consistant en un rouleau (51) supérieur qui fournit une pluralité de trous (52) diposés en cercle et logeant des boules (53) relatives, chacune desquelles étant retenue par un anneau (54), et un rouleau (56) inférieur qui est muni d'une pluralité de bords (57) cylindriques de coupe positionnés de telle sorte qu'ils agissent réciproquement avec les boules (53) du rouleau supérieur.
  5. Installation comme celle de la revendication 4, où les bords (57) cylindriques de coupe sont creux, et communiquent au moyen de l'intérieur creux du rouleau (56) inférieur avec un système (61) d'extraction qui communique d'une façon identique avec l'intérieur creux du rouleau (56) au moyen d'un arbre creux sur lequel le rouleau même est porté.
  6. Installation comme celle de la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce fait que la courroie (35) est mise en mouvement par le rouleau (13) même et est pourvue de moyens (36) de tension.
