Claims (14)

  1. Protecting and sealing assembly for a dispenser of pasty product, for example of toothpaste, comprising a protection cover (1) and a dispensing cap (2) mounted on a container part (3) of the dispenser, the said dispensing cap (2) having a general shape of revolution and comprising an off-centre lateral dispensing orifice (20), the dispensing cap (2) and the protection cover (1) being equipped, respectively on their outer surface and on their inner surface, with at least one driving projection (21) and at least one guide ramp (10) intended to interact when the said protection cover (1) is pushed onto the said dispensing cap (2) so as to guide the protection cover (1) on the dispensing cap (2), characterised in that the said protection cover (1) comprises at least one stopper member (13) intended to be assembled with the said orifice (20) so as to seal it in a substantially hermetic fashion, the dispensing orifice (20) being formed by the orifice of a lateral dispensing shaft (19), whose end opposite the said dispensing orifice (20) is connected to the dispensing cap (2), the edges of the said shaft (19) forming the driving projections (21) intended to interact with the guiding ramp (10) carried by the protection cover (1) so as to guide the stopper member (13) and to permit the assembly of the said stopper member (13) in the sealing position, with the orifice (20), regardless of the relative angular position in which the protection cover (1) has been pushed onto the cap (2).
  2. Assembly according to Claim 1, characterised in that the guide ramp (10), or the set of guide ramps (10), extends substantially over one turn of the protection cover (1).
  3. Assembly according to one of Claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the stopper member (or members) (13) is (or are) arranged on the bottom (5) of the protection cover (1), each guide ramp (10) on the internal surface of the wall (4) of the said protection cover (1) being positioned so that its end close to the bottom (5) of the said protection cover (1) lies next to a stopper member (13).
  4. Assembly according to one of Claim 1 to 3, characterised in that the guide ramps numbering at least two, are surfaces delimiting the outline of at least one fin (11) positioned on the internal surface of the protection cover (1) and arranged so that each stopper member (13) is in the extension of a groove (12) defined by two guide ramps (10) oriented in opposite directions.
  5. Assembly according to Claim 4, characterised in that a fin (11) has a flared shape, from its part towards the free end of the protection cover (1) up to its end close to the bottom (5) of the protection cover (1).
  6. Assembly according to one of Claims 4 or 5, characterised in that the surface of a fin (11) directed towards the inside of the protection cover (1) is slightly domed.
  7. Assembly according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that a stopper member comprises a peg (13) intended to be inserted in the distribution orifice (20).
  8. Assembly according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the protection cover (1) comprises, towards its end opposite its bottom (5), a sleeve (6) intended to fit, with slight clamping, onto a neck (17) of the dispensing cap (2) situated in the part of the said dispensing cap (2) close to the container part (3).
  9. Assembly according to Claim 8, characterised in that the neck (17) of the dispensing cap (2) is limited, in its part furthest away from the bottom (5) of the protection cover (1) when the latter is closed, by a rim (18) on which the free end of the said protection cover (1) bears in the closed position.
  10. Assembly according to one of Claims 8 or 9, characterised in that the dispensing shaft (19) extends the neck (17) of the dispensing cap (2).
  11. Assembly according to one of Claims 8 to 10, characterised in that the container part (3) of the dispenser, the neck (17) of the dispensing cap (2) and the sleeve (6) of the protection cover (1) are cylinders, of circular straight section, which are coaxial when the said protection cover (1) is in the closed position.
  12. Assembly according to one of Claims 8 to 11, characterised in that the dispensing cap (2) is securely fastened to the container part (3) by its neck (17) whose internal surface substantially matches the end of the wall of the container part (3) opposite the bottom of the said container part (3).
  13. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the guide ramp or ramps (10) are formed by the rim or rims of a recess in the protection cover (1), the said protection cover (1), the sealing member or members (13) and the guide ramp or ramps (10) being moulded as a single component from plastic.
  14. Assembly according to Claims 4 and 7, taken as a combination with any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the protection cover (1) comprises three pegs (13) arranged on its bottom (5) on a circle, at 120° from one another, and three fins (11) at 120° from one another, each fin (11) being arranged between two pegs (13).
