Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Flachrohrverflüssiger einer Fahrzeugklimaanlage, bei dem das Kältemittel durch in meh­ rere Kanäle unterteilte Flachrohre (2) und im Kreuzstrom hierzu Umgebungsluft längs zickzack- oder wellenförmig gefalteter Ver­ rippungslamellen geführt sind, wobei einzelne Flachrohre grup­ penweise durch an ihren beiden Enden angeordnete Sammler (10) in denselben Kältemittelkreislauf durch den Verflüssiger parallel­ geschaltet sind. Nach der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß der Sammlermantel (62) aus zwei einander überlappenden und in beiden Überlappungsbereichen (64) miteinander verlöteten gebogenen Flachteilen (66,68) aus Al oder einer Al-Legierung zusammenge­ setzt ist, daß nur das eine (erste) Flachteil (66) mit Einsteck­ schlitzen zur Aufnahme jeweils eines Flachrohres (2) versehen ist und daß das erste Flachteil mit Lot zur Verlötung mit den Flachrohren und dem zweiten Flachteil beschichtet ist. Die Er­ findung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zum Herstellen des Samm­ lermantels einer speziellen Ausführungsform eines solchen Flach­ rohrverflüssigers sowie Anwendungen.
