Claims (8)

1. Einrichtung zum Ausrichten von Vorderkanten von Bogen an einstellbaren Vordermarken einer Anlegeeinrichtung, in welcher die Bogen nacheinander in einer zu den Vorderkanten senkrechten Förderrichtung an die Vordermarken angelegt werden, und in welcher die Vordermarken drehfest mit einer Vordermarkenwelle verbunden sind, welche ihrerseits in einem ersten und einem zweiten Lager der Anlegeeinrichtung gelagert und mittels einer Schwenkeinrichtung um die Längsachse der Vordermarkenwelle hin- und herschwenkbar ist,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine stationär auf die Vordermarkenwelle (2) einwirkende Biegeeinrichtung (11, 20, 24) zur wählbaren Einstellung eines in bzw. entgegen der Förderrichtung gekrümmten bzw. eines geradlinigen Verlaufs der Längsachse der Vordermarkenwelle (2).

- einer waagrechten, dem ersten, zweiten und dritten Gelenk (8, 8′, 12) gemeinsamen ortsfesten geometrischen Schwenkachse (13), die quer zur Förderrichtung verläuft,
- Schwenkmitteln (14) zur Einstellung von wählbaren Schwenklagen der beiden Schwenkteile (7, 7′) bezüglich der gemeinsamen geometrischen Schwenkachse (13),
- einer mit dem Lagerhebel (11) verbundenen Traverse (20), welche mittels je eines vierten Lagers (19) in je einem der beiden Schwenkteile (7, 7′) drehbar gelagert ist, und
- einer derartigen Ausbildung der Lager (3, 3′, 10, 19) und der Gelenke (8, 8′, 12), daß die Längsachse der Vordermarkenwelle (2) gegenüber der gemeinsamen geometrischen Schwenkachse (13) schräg einstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Biegeeinrichtung gebildet ist aus dem mit dem Tragteil (9) gelenkig verbundenen Lagerhebel (11), der in je einem Schwenkteil (7, 7′) gelagerten Traverse (20) und aus Stellmitteln (24), welche den Lagerhebel (11) und die Traverse (20) miteinander verbinden und zur Einstellung eines wählbaren Abstands (25) zwischen dem Lagerhebel (11) und der Traverse (20) ausgebildet sind.
