Abstract

Claims (8)

  1. Apparatus with a horizontal assembly platform which can be raised or lowered, and carrying gear for installing cooling elements in the interior of the sheet steel of a blast furnace,
    characterised by
    the assembly platform (5) having rails (11, 12) disposed concentric to the axis (2' ) of the blast furnace (2), which has a vehicular constructed supporting frame (14) moveable on these rails (11, 12), having a moveable support part (21) relative to it, which again has the carrying gear (28) for the cooling elements (1) disposed on it,
    whereby the carrying gear (28) has a substantially horizontal carrying part (36) and a substantially vertical supporting part (37) that are provided with means of adjustment (31, 32, 39) for vertical adjustment of the carrying gear (28) relative to the assembly platform (5) and for tilting adjustment in the longitudinal and transverse direction, and that the position of the carrying gear (28) is also adjustable round a vertical axis (23) and in a radial direction.
  2. Apparatus as Claim 1, characterised by the support part (21) being constructed as a swivel-mounted swivel arm on the vehicular frame (14) round a vertical axis (20), on whose mobile end the carrying gear (28) for the cooling elements (1) is supported swivel-mounted round a vertical axis (23).
  3. Apparatus as Claims 1 or 2, characterised by joint means of adjustment (31, 32) being provided for adjusting the height of the carrying gear (28) relative to the assembly platform (5) and the transverse inclination of the carrying gear (28).
  4. Apparatus as one of the Claims 1 to 3, characterised by the means of adjustment (31, 32) consisting of separated hydraulic cylinders laterally disposed under the carrying gear (28).

Apparatus as one of the Claims 1 to 4, characterised by the carrying gear (28) being supported via a construction (22, 27) carrying it on the supporting part (21), whereby the carrying gear (28) is connected with the construction carrying it, on one side over a hinged articulation (38) made possible to be longitudinally inclined, and on the other side over an adjustment apparatus (29).
  6. Apparatus as Claim 5, characterised by the construction carrying the carrying gear (28) consisting of a framework (27) supported on an auxiliary frame (22) which is swivel-mounted on the swivel arm (21), whereby the position of the framework (27) is adjustable in a longitudinal direction relative to the auxiliary frame (22) by means of an adjustment apparatus (29).
  7. Apparatus as Claim 6, characterised by the framework (27) being supported via pendulum supports (24...26) on the auxiliary frame (22) and that a central vertical guide (33) is provided for the framework (27).
  8. Apparatus as Claim 7, characterised by altogether three pendulum supports (24...26) being provided, whereby two pendulum supports (24, 25) are connected with their lower ends respectively, with a hydraulic cylinder (31, 32).
