Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sports mat, in particular a judo mat made of an elastic foam-like material and possibly an elastic cover.
Derartige Sportmatten (siehe z.B. Such sports mats (see e.g. CH-A-499330 or FR-A-2048594) are known in many sizes and strengths and are used in many sports to prevent injuries. The core of such mats consists of a cell-like structure. The surfaces have a closed structure, the closed structure can be achieved by a separate elastic cover. Depending on the structure and the selected material, mats with soft to hard characteristics can be produced. The surface of the cover or of the elastic foam-like material can be structured to prevent slipping both on the floor and for one or the user, e.g. by means of knobs. With these mats, a shock, a fall, a jump etc. of one or more athletes in different sports such as e.g. Judo, AIKIDO, muffled.
In many sports, however, it depends, such as in judo, weight shift, e.g. from both legs on a mainstay, to be able to provide effective attacks or defense.
The object of the invention is to provide a sports mat, in particular a movable judo mat, which improves in this regard is that, in addition to preventing injuries, it also allows weight shifts of one or more users to be recognized.
This object is achieved by a sports mat with the features of

The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to schematic drawings with reference to variants and with the specification of advantages. It shows:
- Fig. 1
- a movable judo mat in top view,
- Fig. 2
- 2 shows a section II-II according to FIG. 1,
- Fig. 3
- a variant of the judo mat with a central load,
- Fig. 4
- 3 with lateral loading.
The
An elastic foam-
In the central point of the
In the unloaded state of the
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is constructed in accordance with that described in FIGS. 1 and 2, with the difference that the
With a central or balanced load (see the arrow in FIG. 3), the sports mat is pressed together evenly, the
The sports mat according to the invention can be used in particular as a judo mat not only to learn practically all judo throws, but also to develop sequences of actions and reactions with the corresponding stereotypes of movement. In this way, the teacher can make the traction and pressure conditions at different positions of the center of gravity or load distribution understandable to the student. In addition, the sports mat does a good job in perfecting special techniques and expanding the throwing repertoire. The teaching of the correct consequences of action and reaction is promoted and the development of the corresponding reflexes is possible in a much shorter time than before.
