Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung für die Instellungbringung eines Plasmalichtbogenbrenners ohne Überschlag in aktive Position auf einem einen Sperrschieber enthaltenden und mit einer Anlage, die unter erhöhten Druck- und Temperaturbedingungen funktioniert, verbundenen Stutzen ohne Änderung dieser Bedingungen, sowie für dessen Rückzug, und des Typs, der mindestens eine zwischen Innenwand des Stutzens (3, 33) und Kopf (12) des Brenners (4) und den Kopf umgebende Runddichtung (2, 20, 22) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Einrichtungen (6, 13) für den Ausgleich der Drücke auf beiden Seiten des Schiebers (5), und Einrichtungen (18, 23) zur Kühlung der Dichtung enthält, und dadurch, daß die Maße der Vorrichtung derart sind, daß die Gesamtlänge L1 des Stutzens (13) der Länge des Kopfes (12) gleichkommt, L1 größer ist als der doppelte bestand L2 zwischen dem Kopf (12) des Brenners in aktiver Stellung und der Ebene vor dem Schieber (5), und der Abstand L3 zwischen der Ebene vor der Dichtung und dem Kopf (12) des Brenners geringer ist als L1 - L2.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen für den Ausgleich der Drücke auf beiden Seiten des Schiebers ein den Schieber (5) umführendes Verbindungsrohr (6), und einen in das Rohr geschalteten und die Seite vor dem Schieber (5) mit der Seite nach dem Schieber verbindenden Hahn (13) enthalten.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (2, 22) auf dem Kopf (12) des Brenners (4) in einer peripheren Vertiefung (17) montiert ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (2) in einer peripheren Vertiefung (17) eines um den Kopf (12) des Brenners (4) angeordneten Rundsattels (24, 25) montiert ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sattel aus zwei Teilen (24, 25) gebildet ist, die sich axial vereinigen und zusammen die Vertiefung 17 begrenzen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sattel (24, 25) in einer in die Außenfläche des Kopfes (12) des Brenners (4) eingearbeiteten Vertiefung (27) angeordnet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (22) in einer in die Innenfläche des Stutzens (3) eingearbeiteten Vertiefung (21) angeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung eine Metalldichtung (2) mit C-förmigem Querschnitt oder eine selbstelastische Dichtung (20) mit U-förmigem Querschnitt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühleinrichtungen der Dichtung (2, 22) einen Kreis (18) für den Umlauf einer Kühlflüssigkeit enthalten, wobei dieser Kreis der Kreis ist, der die Kühlung des Brennerkopfes (12) sichert.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühleinrichtungen der Dichtung (22) einen den Stutzen (3) umhüllenden Mantel (23) enthalten, in dem eine Kühlflüssigkeit umläuft.
