Jede der beiden Hohlwellen 34, 35 ist gemäß Fig. 8 fest mit einem Stellarm 36 bzw. 37 verbunden, an dem je eine Stellstange 38 bzw. 39 eine Stelleinrichtung 40 bzw. 41 angreift. Dabei trägt jede der beiden Hohlwellen 34, 35 je zwei Halter 10, die in Fig. 8 nur schematisch angedeutet sind und denen wiederum je ein Spannelement 22 zugeordnet ist.
