Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schwingtürantrieb für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere für Schienenfahrzeuge, bestehend aus einem oberen Schwingarm, einem unteren Schwingarm, einem Führungsarm, mittels denen ein Türflügel bewegt und geführt wird, einer die Schwingarme in eine Drehbewegung versetzende Drehwelle und einem die Drehwelle antreibenden Motor.The invention relates to a swing door drive for vehicles, in particular for rail vehicles, consisting of an upper swing arm, a lower swing arm, a guide arm, by means of which a door leaf is moved and guided, a rotary shaft which sets the swing arms into a rotary movement and a motor which drives the rotary shaft.
Aus der Offenlegungsschrift EP-A-0047619 ist ein Schwingtürantrieb bekannt, bei dem der Türflügel von einem oberen und einem unteren Schwingarm bewegt und von einem Führungsarm während dem Oeffnungs- und Schliessvorgang geführt wird. Die Schwingarme sind einenends an den Türflügel und anderenends an eine von einer vertikalen Drehwelle angetriebene Drehkurbel angelenkt. Der Führungsarm ist gelenkig mit dem Türflügel und mit der Fahrzeugkarosserie verbunden. An dem der Drehwelle gegenüberliegenden Ende der Drehkurbel ist ein mit einem Langschlitz versehener Hebelarm angelenkt. Ein in den Langschlitz eingreifender, mit der Fahrzeugkarosserie fest verbundener Zapfen führt während der Drehbewegung der Drehkurbel den Hebelarm. Mit der Hebelarm/Drehkurbel-Anordnung wird erreicht, dass sich der Schwingarm um den als Drehpunkt wirkenden Zapfen dreht und dabei den Türflügel abhängig vom Führungsarm auf einer bestimmten Bahn bewegt.From the published patent application EP-A-0047619 a swing door drive is known in which the door leaf is moved by an upper and a lower swing arm and is guided by a guide arm during the opening and closing process. - Fig. 2 eine Querschnittsansicht des Schwingtürantriebes gemäss Fig. 1 mit dem Türflügel in der Schliesslage.

In den Fig. 1 und 2 ist mit 1 ein über Stufen 2 und durch eine Schwingtür 3 erreichbares Passagierdeck bezeichnet. Ein in eine Fahrzeugkarosserie 4 eingelassener Türrahmen 5 und ein Türflügel 6 bilden die Schwingtür 3. Ein oberer Schwingarm 7, ein unterer Schwingarm 8 und ein Führungsarm 9 sind am Türflügel 6 angelenkt. Der Türflügel 6 wird von den ausserhalb des Passagierraumes angeordneten Schwingarmen 7;8 getragen und bewegt und vom ausserhalb des Passagierraumes angeordneten Führungsarm 9 parallel zur Fahrzeugwand geführt. Eine mit 10 bezeichnete, oben und unten ausserhalb des Passagierraumes gelagerte, vertikale Drehwelle wird von einem Motor 11 beim Oeffnungs-/Schliessvorgang in einen Links-/Rechtslauf versetzt. Die Drehwellenbewegung wird am oberen Ende der vertikalen Drehwelle 10 über einen oberen Zahnriemen 12 auf den um eine zweiseitig gelagerte, ausserhalb des Passagierraumes angeordnete obere Achse 13 drehbar gelagerten oberen Schwingarm 7 und am unteren Ende der vertikalen Drehwelle 10 über einen unteren Zahnriemen 14 auf den um eine zweiseitig gelagerte, ausserhalb des Passagierraumes angeordnete untere Achse 15 drehbar gelagerten unteren Schwingarm 8 übertragen. Die türflügelseitigen Enden der um die Achsen 13;15 drehbar gelagerten Schwingarme 7;8 bewegen sich dabei entlang einer mit A bezeichneten Schwinglinie. Der unterhalb des oberen Schwingarmes 7 liegende Führungsarm 9 ist an einer vertikalen Achse 16 drehbar angeordnet.
