Da das Gewebe sehr dicht gewebt wird und das Harzmaterial deshalb nicht in das Gewebe eindringen kann, wird das Harzmaterial mit Lösungsmittel versetzt, um eine gute Haftung mit den synthetischen Fäden des Gewebes zu erzielen. Da sich diese Verfestigungsfäden innerhalb des sehr dichten Gewebes befinden, dringt das Material dieser Verfestigungsfäden im schmelzflüssigen oder auch nur erweichten bzw. plastischen Zustand in die vorhandenen Zwischen- und Hohlräume zwischen den Gewebefäden ein, worauf nach Abkühlen und Verfestigen des Materials dieser Verfestigungsfäden die Fäden des Gewebes im wesentlichen miteinander verkeilt werden. Überraschenderweise ergibt sich dadurch eine sehr gute Verfestigung des Gewebes. Hierdurch wird die Finishbehandlung vereinfacht, weil es des Aufbringens eines Harzmaterials zum Verfestigen des Gewebes nicht mehr oder zumindest nicht mehr in dem vorher erforderlichen Umfang bedarf. Zudem ist durch das Einweben der Verfestigungsfäden eine gleichmäßige und gezielte Verteilung des Verfestigungsmaterials möglich, wodurch insgesamt der Materialaufwand für die Verfestigung des Gewebes verringert wird.This object is achieved by the features in the characterizing part of claim 1.
