Abstract

The invention relates to a retaining bracket for boards or planks, preferably to be secured vertically, for concrete ceiling coverings, having a board limb 2 oriented approximately orthogonally to a wall limb 3, the wall limb 3 preferably having predetermined breaking recesses arranged at least locally in pairs and opposite each other on longitudinal side edges, and flange-like profiles 5 running parallel to the longitudinal axis of the wall limb. In order to have provided in particular a retaining bracket which can be made from materials other than metal, namely preferably plastic, but at the same time has a sufficient rigidity to the stresses during the ceiling concrete covering operations, the board limb 2, and at least that region of the wall limb directly adjoining the board limb 2, are provided with a ribbing 7 extending beyond the corner region 6 lying between the wall limb 3 and board limb 2. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a holding bracket for preferably vertically fixed planks for ceiling concreting with a plank leg oriented approximately orthogonally to a wall leg. In this case, the wall leg preferably has, at least in regions, pairs of predetermined breaking recesses which are arranged opposite one another on the longitudinal side edges, and bead-like profiles running parallel to the longitudinal axis of the wall leg.

A bracket of this type is known from DE-U1-85 32 735.2. This retaining bracket is to be made of metal and, due to the bead-shaped profiles provided in the longitudinal direction of the legs and in the floorboard, for example, produced by shaping, has a bending strength that is analogous to that of a bracket without a profiling and, moreover, is due to the intended predetermined breaking recesses after fixing the wall leg to bend at the masonry or bring it to a desired length of the wall. However, the bending strength that can be achieved by the profiles in a holding bracket made of plastic material is not sufficient to achieve the strength required in practical operation. Rather, the bracket of this type must be made of metal in order to cope with the stresses of ceiling concrete. A retaining bracket made of metal has the disadvantage, however, that cold bridges are present in the finished building, and the regulations of the applicable thermal insulation ordinance can therefore generally not be complied with. In addition, a holding bracket made of metal entails the risk that, particularly in the area of the plank leg, which is provided with a plaster layer in the finished structure, unsightly damage occurs as a result of rust formation.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a bracket of the type mentioned, which can be made of other materials such as metal, namely plastic, but nevertheless has sufficient strength to withstand the stresses in ceiling concrete.

To solve this problem, a bracket according to claim 1 is proposed. With regard to essential further refinements of the invention, reference is made to claims 2 to 15.

Due to the ribbing provided on the plank leg and the wall leg as well as in the corner area between them, and in particular also through the central ribbing web in which the openings for introducing the plank fastening means are formed, the holding bracket according to the invention is also made from a plastic material able to cope to a great extent with the loads that occur in the case of concrete slabs, particularly with regard to moment loads. The risk of possible rust formation and also the risk of cold bridges in the finished building can thus be effectively avoided with a retaining bracket according to the invention. The ribbing to be provided on the plank leg, in particular also on its side facing the plank, in particular also in the form of the central ribbing web, also offers the possibility of forming defined contact surfaces for the plank, so that between the ribbing, e.g. B. towering longitudinal webs, wall thigh area can be plastered after completion of the concrete ceiling in such a way that an increased amount of plaster can be applied over a wide range compared to the known brackets.

The bracket according to the invention is an inexpensive, for. B. to be produced by injection molding, the component in particular in the case of predetermined breakouts Wall leg in just a few steps on a z. B. Cut the desired size by simply kinking it. In addition, the wall leg is preferably in its bottom facing the masonry with z. B. pin-shaped spacers, which initially has the advantage that reinforcement mats lie on the top of the wall leg and both the underside of the wall leg and the reinforcement mats - without providing additional elements such as reinforcement mat feet to be placed on the leg surface - are to be provided with concrete from below , so that after removing the slab formwork, only the small areas of the spacers are made invisible. The spacers can also be used in particular to secure the retaining bracket on the masonry against slipping out to the side when loaded by the material to be filled in, as they serve as contact elements on the masonry. In addition, they offer the advantage, in particular for masonry made of poured concrete, that the unevenness generally present on the top of the wall cannot lead to voids or air pockets when concreting the ceiling, since the retaining bracket must also be almost completely covered with concrete in the area of the masonry.

Fig. 1
ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines Haltebügels nach der Erfindung.
For further explanation, reference is made to the drawing and the description below. The drawing shows a schematic perspective illustration:
Fig. 1
an embodiment of a bracket according to the invention.

The retaining bracket, generally numbered 1 in the drawing, has a floorboard leg 2 and a wall leg 3 oriented orthogonally to this and, in the exemplary embodiment illustrated, consists entirely of plastic. The wall leg 3 is in its the plank leg 2 facing away area provided with bead-shaped profiles 4 extending in the longitudinal direction of the leg and has from its longitudinal side edges inward, pairwise opposing predetermined breaking recesses 5, which divide the longitudinal wall area provided with the profiles 4 into longitudinal sections in such a way that the wall leg is of a corresponding size by simply kinking to a normal wall thickness to bend, as exemplified by the numerals 17.5, 24, 30, 36.5 (cm) in the drawing.

The floorboard leg 2, the corner region 6 located between the floorboard leg 2 and the wall leg 3, and the longitudinal region of the wall leg immediately adjacent to the floorboard leg 2 are provided with a ribbing numbered 7 overall. In the illustrated exemplary embodiment, the ribbing 7 consists of longitudinal webs 8 aligned in the respective longitudinal direction of the leg and a central central web 9. The longitudinal ribbing webs 8 each project up both from the top of the respective leg 2 or 3 and from the underside of the leg 2 or 3, the two laterally outer webs 8 each form a longitudinal edge edge extending over the corner region 6. The longitudinal webs 8 extend slightly into the longitudinal wall region formed with the profiles 4 and are bevelled there.

In the central rib web 9 openings 10 for introducing floorboard fasteners, z. B. nails provided. On the surface of the plank leg 2 which is not visible in the drawing and faces the plank, these openings 10 are provided in a manner analogous to the edge flange 11 of the bore 12 with a flange flange which, like the edge flange 11, also extends to the end of the respective webs 9 , so that a plank in the assembled state rests against the respective end edges of the longitudinal webs or the upper edge of the edging in such a way that plaster can be applied in the areas located between the webs and the edging.

The wall leg is provided with pin-shaped spacers 13 in the longitudinal area designed without profiling and with pin-shaped spacers 14 in the longitudinal area formed with the profiles 4. The spacers 14 are each assigned to one of the longitudinal sections of the wall leg 3 divided by the predetermined breaking recesses 5, are also made of the plastic material and can be pinched off with just a few hand movements, for example to remove the spacers of the section "17.5" from 24 mm masonry. pinch off in order to be able to place the retaining bracket on such masonry with the advantage that the spacers 13 and the next adjacent spacer 14 encompass the masonry from above and secure the retaining bracket against a change in position in the longitudinal wall direction.

In an otherwise analogous configuration (without illustration) like the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the holding brackets each have longitudinal side edge edges in the longitudinal side edge region, which are triangular in shape from the side view and extend from the mutually facing surfaces of the floor board leg 2 to the wall leg 3. In this way, they stiffen the floorboard legs 2 and the wall leg 3 in such a way that they are also ideally suited for use in industrial building ceiling concretes, even when they are made from conventional plastic materials with longer dimensions. In addition, a tubular extension piece is provided on the inner region of the plank leg 3 facing the wall leg 3. B. is used for holding or receiving railing rods. In order to be able to keep the receiving space of the tubular extension pieces free in the case of thick concrete ceilings, a stopper in the length required is to be inserted into the extension piece, so that after completion of the correspondingly thicker concrete ceiling, the tubular extension piece for holding others Items is available. On the floorboard leg 2 and the wall leg 3, crossbars are provided as spacers, so that the legs are to be backfilled with concrete in the available spaces.
