Claims (3)

1. Air jet loom with a web plate and with a weft shooting channel (2), constructed in the web plate, on to which channel (2) a one-piece projection (8) of an expander table is directed on attaching the weft thread to the connection point (3 or 4) of the fabric (9), in which the free end of the projection (8) is limited by a closure which passes over from an upper flat level bearing surface (7) for the fabric (9) into a lower contour of the expander, preferably running parallel to the upper bearing surface (7), characterised in that on attaching the weft thread to the fabric (9) the bearing surface (7) and the centre (2a) of the weft shooting channel (2) lie in one plane and the bearing surface (7) centres the connection point (3 or 4) in the centre (2a) of the weft shooting channel (2).
2. Air jet loom according to claim 1, characterised in that a substantially pear-shaped passage (19) for receiving an expander rod (14) adjoins the projection (8) of the rod expander (15) in the fabric removal direction (13).
3. Air jet loom according to claim 1 and 2, characterised in that the rod expander (15) consists of a lower part (17) having the projection (8) and of a cover (16) having a flat level fabric bearing surface running parallel to the bearing surface (7).
