Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Dichtungseinrichtung ist zwischen dem Elektromagneten und dem Dichtungskörper die Hubeinrichtung zwischengeschaltet, mit welcher der Dichtungskörper aus der Ruhelage in seine Dichtlage verstellt wird. Beim Schließen der Tür wird der Schalter betätigt, wodurch der Elektromagnet eingeschaltet wird. Der Anker wird dadurch angezogen, und über das Verbindungselement wird der Schwenkarm verschwenkt. Das am Schwenkarm vorgesehene Hubglied wird entsprechend verstellt und wirkt mit dem Steigungsglied zusammen, das am Dichtungskörper vorgesehen ist. Dadurch wird der Dichtungskörper mechanisch aus der Ruhelage in seine Dichtlage verstellt. Ist der Dichtungskörper im Fußboden untergebracht, dann wird er durch das Hubglied aufwärts in seine Dichtlage verstellt. Wird die Tür geöffnet und dementsprechend der Elektromagnet abgeschaltet, kann der Dichtungskörper unter seinem Eigengewicht wieder in seine Ruhelage zurückkehren. Dadurch ist auf jeden Fall sichergestellt, daß der Dichtungskörper zuverlässig in seine Ruhelage gelangt. Die Dichtungseinrichtung kann in der Türöffnungsbegrenzung untergebracht werden, so daß die abzudichtende Tür selbst nicht bearbeitet, insbesondere nicht mit einer Nut zur Aufnahme der Dichtungseinrichtung versehen werden muß. Da der Dichtungskörper nicht magnetisch, sondern mittels der Hubeinrichtung rein mechanisch in seine Dichtlage verstellt wird, genügen zum Betätigen des Ankers entsprechend leistungsschwache Elektromagneten, die dadurch auch sehr kompakt ausgebildet sein können. Die erfindungsgemäße Dichtungseinrichtung ist nicht nur für herkömmliche Drehtüren, sondern auch für Schiebetüren, Faltwände und dgl. geeignet, da die Dichtungseinrichtung nicht mehr in der Tür selbst untergebracht ist. Der Dichtungskörper kann darum so gestaltet werden, daß sein Grundriß der jeweils abzudichtenden Tür, Faltwand und dgl. entspricht. Die Längsschlitze 15 sind nahe den freien Enden der Schenkel 7,8 der Halterung 1 vorgesehen. Der Quersteg 22 des Dichtungskörpers 23 gelangt dann in Anlage an einen an der Türunterseite befestigten Dichtungsstreifen 50 (Fig.3), der beispielsweise aus Moosgummi bestehen kann. Claims (13)

  7. Sealing arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the lifting movement of the sealing member (22) is adjustable.
  8. Sealing arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the rising member (46) is a resiliently bent leaf spring attached to the sealing member (23).
  9. Sealing arrangement according to Claim 8, characterised in that the leaf spring (46) can be bent resiliently by a set screw (48).
  10. Sealing arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the holder (1) with the sealing member (23) is located in the floor (3, 6).
  11. Sealing arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the sealing member (23) rests on the retaining member (18) in its inoperative position.
  12. Sealing arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the sealing member (23) is adjustable relative to the holder (1).
