Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Untergestell für Eisenbahngüterwagen mit Längs- und Querträgern, das bei annehmbarem Gewicht weitgehend torsionssteif sein soll, das in besonderem Maße für zweiachsige Güterwagen und zum Transport von Großcontainern geeignet sein soll, ohne auf diesen Einsatzzweck jedoch beschränkt zu sein.The invention relates to a base frame for rail freight wagons with longitudinal and cross members, which should be largely torsionally rigid with an acceptable weight, which should be particularly suitable for two-axle freight wagons and for the transport of large containers, but without being limited to this application.

In der Zeichnung ist ein zweiachsiger Eisenbahngüterwagen mit den beiden Radsätzen 1,2 dargestellt. Auf den Radsätzen ist das Untergestell über Federschaken und Blattfedern abgestützt. Von den Radsatzlagerungen sind Lagerstücke 3,4 gezeigt. An den beiden Enden des Untergestelles sind die Puffer 5 und nicht dargestellte Kupplungseinrichtungen angeordnet. Das Untergestell weist zwei äußere Längsträger 6,7 und zwei innere Längsträger 8,9 auf. Die äußeren Längsträger 6,7 begrenzen das Untergestell an seinen beiden Längsseiten. Jeder der Längsträger 6-9 hat den Querschnitt eines geschlossenen Kastenprofiles. Die Längsträger sind durch eine Anzahl Querträger 10 miteinander verbunden, die in Längsrichtung der Längsträger aufeinanderfolgen und ausgerundet in diese übergehen, so daß zwischen je zwei nebeneinander liegenden Längsträgern ein Querträgerabschnitt sich befindet.In the drawing, a two-axle rail freight wagon is shown with the two

Die Querträger 10 sind biegesteif, wozu infolge der geringen Länge jedes Querträgerabschnittes kein besonderer Bau- bzw. Gewichtsaufwand notwendig ist.The
Die Lastaufnahme durch das bisher beschriebene Untergestell erfolgt mittelbar. Hierzu sind außerhalb der äußeren Längsträger 6,7 Ladungsträger 11,12 parallel zu den Längsträgern 6-9 verlaufend angeordnet. Die beiden Ladungsträger 11,12 sind durch zwei Quertraversen 13,14 miteinander verbunden, die symmetrisch vor und hinter dem symmetrisch zur Quermittellinie des Untergestelles angeordneten Querträger 10d des Untergestelles verlaufen. Die Ladungsträger 11,12 sind über Rollen 15 mit in Fahrzeugquerrichtung weisenden Drehachsen auf Konsolen 16 des Untergestelles abgestützt. Die Rollen sind zu mehreren Rollengruppen zu je zwei Rollen zusammengefaßt, wobei die beiden Rollen jeder Rollengruppe zwischen einem oberen, an einem der Ladungsträger 11,12 befestigten Rollenkasten 17 und einem unteren, an einem Konsol der äußeren Längsträger bzw. des Untergestelles befestigten unteren Rollenkasten 18 angeordnet sind. Auf diese Weise sind die Ladungsträger 11,12 zusammen mit den Quertraversen 13,14 gegenüber dem im wesentlichen aus den Längsträgern 6-9 und den Querträgern 10 bestehenden Untergestell in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung verstellbar. Der Verstellweg in der einen oder anderen Richtung ist begrenzt, wenn die Rollen an diagonal einander gegenüberliegenden Endquerwänden der Rollenkästen in Anlage kommen. Um solche Verstellbewegungen entgegen einem progressiv zunehmenden Widerstand zuzulassen und schließlich zu begrenzen, ist ein sogenannter Langhubstoßdämpfer zwischen eigentlichem Untergestell mit Längs- und Querträgern einerseits und Ladungsträgern mit Quertraversen andererseits angeordnet. Der Langhubstoßdämpfer weist beispielsweise ein Außengehäuse 19 auf, das im mittleren Querträger 10d des Untergestelles gehalten ist und aus dem an beiden Enden Kolbenstangen 20,21 herausgeführt sind. An den äußeren Enden der Kolbenstangen 20,21 ist je ein Kolben 22, 23 befestigt, der in einem Zylinder 24 bzw. 25 angeordnet ist und Drosselbohrungen aufweist, um das Fluid zu beiden Seiten des jeweiligen Kolbens zwischen beiden Seiten gedrosselt verdrängen zu können. Am Ende des jeweiligen Verstellweges der Kolben ist die Längsverstellung zwischen eigentlichem Untergestell und Ladungsträgern beendet.
