Abstract

The insulation-penetrating terminal (3) is inserted in a plastic body (1) and has three mutually parallel terminal tabs (6) between which there are constructed two terminal slots (4) for the two connecting wires (5). Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zum Anschließen zweier Schaltdrähte an eine Schneidklemme, insbesondere für Verteiler von Fernsprechanlagen.The invention relates to a device for connecting two jumper wires to an insulation displacement terminal, in particular for distributors of telephone systems.

Eine derartige Schneidklemme ist z. B. durch die DE-OS 33 11 447 bekannt geworden. Danach weist eine längliche, aus flachem Ma­terial gestanzte Schneidklemme sich in der Längsrichtung erstrek­kende Klemmzungen auf, die durch einen Scherschnitt voneinander getrennt und gegeneinander verschränkt sind. In den dadurch ent­stehenden Schlitz können isolierte Schaltdrähte eingedrückt wer­den, wobei die Stirnkanten der Klemmzungen die Isolation durch­schneiden, so daß der Drahtkern im Klemmbereich der Klemmzungen zwischen diesen kontaktgebend eingeklemmt wird. Eine Doppel­schneidklemme ist mit drei Klemmzungen versehen, von denen die beiden äußeren gegenüber der mittleren zumindest um die Material­dicke verschränkt sind. Es ist üblich, derartige Schneidklemmen in Isolierstoffkörper so einzusetzen, daß die äußeren Klemmzun­gen in der Materialebene von der mittleren weg auslenkbar sind. Dabei besteht die Gefahr, daß beim Anschließen nur eines Schalt­drahtes die mittlere Klemmzunge ebenfalls ausweicht, wodurch sich die Klemmkraft verringert. Auf jeden Fall ergeben sich bei einseitiger und bei doppelseitiger Belegung mit Schaltdrähten unterschiedliche Klemmverhältnisse, die zu unterschiedlichen Klemmkräften führen können. Diese Unterschiede können dadurch verringert werden, daß die mittlere Klemmzunge gegenüber den äußeren breiter ausgebildet wird, was jedoch zu einer größeren Gesamtbreite der Schneidklemme führt.Such an insulation displacement clamp is, for. Der Isolierstoffkörper ist zweck­mäßigerweise mit Vorsprüngen versehen, die über dem freien Ende der Schneidklemme angeordnet sind. Der Abstand zwischen diesen Vorsprüngen und dem freien Ende der Schneidklemme ist annähernd gleich dem Schaltdrahtdurchmesser. Dadurch entsteht eine Aufnah­meöffnung zum Einlegen des Schaltdrahtes vor dem endgültigen Anschließen. Dadurch können z. Einrichtung zum Anschließen zweier Schaltdrähte (5) an eine Schneidklemme (3), insbesondere für Verteiler von Fernsprechan­lagen, wobei die Schneidklemme (3) mit zwei Klemmschlitzen (4) versehen ist, in die die Schaltdrähte (5) kontaktgebend ein­drückbar sind, wobei die Schneidklemme (3) im wesentlichen pa­rallele freiragende Klemmzungen (6) aufweist, zwischen denen die Klemmschlitze (4) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Schneidklemme (3) zumindest bis in die Nähe des Klemmbereichs in eine Aufnah­mekammer (2) eines Isolierstoffkörpers (1) eingesetzt ist und wobei die äußeren Klemmzungen (6) von der mittleren weg auslenk­bar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die mittlere Klemmzunge (6) in unmittelbarer Nähe des Schneid- und Klemmbereichs gegen seitliche Auslenkung in der Materialebene im Isolierstoffkörper (1) formschlüssig gehalten ist.

daß sich die Stirnseite der mittleren Klemmzunge (6) und der Haltebügel (7) wechselseitig formschlüssig umgreifen.
