Ensprechend der EP-A 0 205 956 enthält ein Zünder für eine Submunition eine Selbstzerlegungseinrichtung. Während des Freifluges der Submunition wird ein Schlagbolzen aus einem Gewinde einer Schlaghülse herausgedreht und gibt dadurch einen quer beweglichen Schieber frei. Der Schieber enthält einen vom Schlagbolzen und von der Selbstzerlegungseinrichtung anstechbaren Detonator. Als Selbstzerlegungseinrichtung dient ein in dem Schieber angeordneter, durch eine Feder antreibbarer Schlagstift und ein Sicherungelement für den Schlagstift. Das Sicherungselement besteht aus einem durch den vorgespannten Schlagstift plastisch verformbaren Draht. Dieser Draht legt den Schlagstift in dem Schieber gegen die Kraft der vorgespannten Feder fest. Ist nach dem Abschuß der Munition der Schieber in dem Zünder in Sicherstellung eingeklemmt, so liegt ein gefährlicher Blindgänger mit einem noch scharfen Detonator vor.According to EP-A 0 205 956, an igniter for a submunition contains a self-dismantling device. Diese gewährleistet, daß bei einem Zündversager, bspw. wenn der Schlagbolzen blockiert ist, in jedem Fall ein Blindgänger vermieden wird. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß der in einem quer zur Hauptachse des Bomblets bewegbaren Schieber angeordnete Detonator über eine pyrotechnische Verzögerungseinrichtung nach Ablauf einer bestimmten Zeit gezündet wird. Der Schieber ist in Sicherstellung über einen formschlüssigen Eingriff des Schlagbolzens im Schieber festgelegt. Während des Freiflugs des Bomblets wird der Schlagbolzen über einen bestimmten Hub entgegen der Flugrichtung zurückgestellt, so daß der entsicherte Schieber aufgrund der Fliehkräfte radial nach außen wandert. Ein an der Gehäusewand des Zünders angeordneter Zündstift schlägt dann in einen in dem Schieber angeordneten Anzündsatz, der seinerseits einen pyrotechnischen Verzögerungssatz anzündet, ein. Bei dieser Anordnung ist die Auslösung des Verzögerungssatzes von der Schieberbewegung abhängig. Sollte daher der Schieber in der Sicherstellung eingeklemmt sein, so liegt in jedem Fall ein Blindgänger vor, bei dem ein noch scharfer Detonator vorliegt.
