Claims (10)

1. Dispositif pour pousser en place et retirer des paliers ou manchons, en particulier pour paliers d'essieux (paliers à roulement) et/ou moyeux à flasque de roues de véhicules automobiles, constitué par:
- une broche filetée (1) qui présente un épaulement (17) formant butée et coopère avec un écrou (12),
- un tube d'espacement cylindrique (4) auquel est associée une paroi frontale amovible (3) dans laquelle un élément d'appui axial (2) pour l'épaulement (17) formant butée de la broche filetée (1) est monté concentriquement, tube qui est réalisé au moins d'un côté frontal (37) pour s'appuyer avec un effet de centrage contre une partie de pièce (corps de palier ou moyeu à flasque de roue) ou pour recevoir une bague d'appui échangeable (5) pouvant être introduite entre la partie de pièce et le tube d'espacement (4), ainsi que par

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi frontale (3) présente un trou taraudé central (19) et en ce que l'élément d'appui axial (28, 29) pour l'épaulement (17) formant butée de la broche filetée (1) est logé dans une pièce de montage rapportée (2) pouvant être vissée dans ce trou taraudé (19) et à travers laquelle la broche filetée (1) peut être passée jusqu'à l'épaulement (17) formant butée.

Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de montage rapportée (2) peut être vissée au choix des deux côtés dans la paroi frontale (3) et présente de part et d'autre d'un listel (23), montés sensiblement dans son milieu axial, des évidements cylindriques (25, 26) dans lesquels sont placés ou peuvent être placés au choix respectivement des éléments d'appui axial (28, 29).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de montage rapportée (2) est munie d'une tête de centrage cylindrique (20) dont le diamètre est supérieur à celui de son prolongement fileté (18) et est adapté au diamètre intérieur d'un palier d'essieu (56).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la tête de centrage (20) présente une surface périphérique moletée (moletage croisé 22) et/ou munie de deux aires à clé.

Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour la mise en place centrée dans le tube d'espacement (4) il est prévu une tubulure adaptatrice (7) qui comporte, à la suite d'une saillie de centrage (46) adaptée au diamètre intérieur du tube d'espacement (4) et d'un épaulement d'appui (45), un prolongement (46) allant en se rétrécissant coniquement ou par paliers et dont la face frontale présente un diamètre extérieur plus petit que celui du tube d'espacement (4).
7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face frontale annulaire interrompue (37) du tube d'espacement (4) et les faces annulaires (32, 43, 44, 45) de la paroi frontale (3), des bagues d'appui (5, 6) et de la tubulure adaptatrice (7), lesquelles surfaces annulaires peuvent être amenées à prendre appui contre cette face frontale annulaire (37), sont toutes réalisées sous une forme conique ou en contre-dépouille dans le même sens.
8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi frontale (3) présente du côté frontal (34) opposé à la saillie de centrage (30) une ou plusieurs bagues de centrage étagées (35, 36) façonnées au tour.
