Description

The subject of the invention is utility or decorative, ambience or leisure equipment using water.

Ambient decorative equipment has been known for a very long time which uses water in the form of jets, for example in fountains or other similar structures.

The first of these documents describes a luminous fountain, the drops of which, coming from tubes fitted with relatively complex valve devices, are lit by a stroboscopic lamp for obtaining varied and attractive luminous effects. decorative purposes only. The device which includes all the features of the preamble of claim 1 is very complex since it requires associating a valve with an electronic control circuit to each of the orifices of a rectilinear tube supplied with water. In the second cited document, which also describes a decorative device, drops to drops of water from a flat disc and the fall of which is controlled from a vibratory device, are illuminated by a stroboscopic source, the whole forming a fountain, the drops of which seem to move along helices with a vertical axis. The fountain according to the Belgian Patent is also intended to provide an optical effect, by projection of a colored liquid, while that according to the German Patent is mainly intended for humidifying the ambient air and / or cleaning that -this.

The equipment according to the invention does not proceed from the principles which are the basis of the embodiments described above. It does not, in fact, aim to take advantage of purely optical phenomena and therefore does not use either stroboscope or optical system of the type of those known for light fountains. It also does not use complex means for the formation of water drops and does not in any way aim at cleaning the ambient air of the space where it is installed, so that, provided for ensuring multiple functions, for example decoration, air conditioning, but also able to function as a play area or even as an accessory means of therapeutic treatment, for example in thalassotherapy, equipment according to the invention deviates completely from the devices known according to the prior art both by the problems it seeks to solve and the needs it seeks to satisfy, as well as by the means used to obtain these results.

Utility or decorative equipment, ambience or leisure, using water from a distribution member in the form of droplets adjustable in volume, and at least in frequency and duration as regards their fall, comprising a multiplicity of pipes connected to a water inlet, each of said pipes being pierced with nozzles with which are associated nozzles distributing water, a collecting element under said pipes, means for controlling the formation and the fall of said droplets of from said pipes and pipes for the circulation of water in said pipes from the general water supply system of the equipment and, where appropriate, of the collecting element, is characterized, according to the invention, in that the nozzles are each constituted by a cylindrical tube with capillary axial drilling and mounting groove in said nozzles for distributing water by capillarit é, under pressure, and according to droplets, fine flows and / or very fine water jets defining architectural shapes and / or volumes and in that the means for controlling the formation and the fall of said droplets, flows and very fine water jets include means for adjusting the pressure and / or the flow rate of the water circulating in said pipes.

The collection element can be constituted by a natural or artificial body of water, such as a lake, a basin, a pre-established means of draining rainwater from a balcony or terrace of a residential building, and means are provided for recycling the water from said collecting element to the pipes after its possible treatment by physical or physicochemical filtration, sterilization processes.

In a preferred embodiment of equipment according to the invention in which the collecting element is a basin, said equipment comprises a plurality of distinct modules each constituted by a circuit of pipes to which is associated a collecting basin of the water delivered by said circuit in the form of droplets, fine flows or very fine jets of water with structural means carrying said circuits and said basins, advantageously in the form of a beam or lattice support, as well as means control of the water supply of each of the circuits to modify the implementation of the modules according to the wishes of the practice.

Equipment according to the invention can be materialized according to embodiments differing from each other by their size and / or the aim sought.

Thus, the invention envisages equipment of monumental dimensions, with an architectural, public or semi-public vocation, and which can find place, for example, in leisure parks, commercial areas, fairs or exhibition, meeting places of urban sites, etc ...

Smaller realizations can find application as decorative elements of building complexes, such as swimming pool equipment, thalassotherapy type treatment centers, etc., while models of even smaller dimensions are particularly well suited to individual uses, for example as decorative, ambient or of leisure of individual houses or apartments.

In one embodiment, the equipment further comprises means for varying the temperature, the color, the odor, of the water distributed by said pipes in the form of droplets, fine flows or very fine water jets.

The structure carrying said circuits and said basins is advantageously a mast or a structure surmounted, where appropriate, by a giant pommel and on which are mounted floors, trays or the like staged along said mast or said structure and to each of which is associated with one or more module (s) for distributing water in the form of droplets, fine flows or very fine jets of water, as well as for collecting the water thus distributed.

In one embodiment, the module comprises in the upper part a circuit of pipes fixed to a trellis or grating with means for connecting the pipes to a usual system of supply and distribution of city water, and the associated collecting element. said module is a tank or basin of appropriate dimensions for its installation on balconies, terraces or the like of apartment buildings, or alternatively is constituted by the pre-established system for draining rainwater from said terrace , balcony or the like.

Thus, in addition to the equipment shown in FIG. 1, intended for example to form decoration and / or leisure equipment of medium dimensions, the invention provides equipment of monumental dimensions, with architectural vocation, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 and which can find a place, for example, in leisure parks, urban, commercial or exhibition areas, etc. As shown in these figures, such equipment 50 comprises a plurality of "stages" 51₁, 51₂, etc ... each formed by a plate 52 itself constituted by one or more floors like 53 or 54 connected by stairs 55 establishing communications at the level of each of the plates, all of the stages being able to be distributed around one or more supporting structure (s), for example three central posts 56, which also house the vertical circulation systems, such as elevators and water distribution systems as well as those of utilities which must reign between the base platform 57 of the equipment and its ridge 58 produced here in the form of a giant pommel suitable for being used, itself, for the formation of cascades or small jets of water. In such an embodiment, the modules each consisting of a pipe circuit and a basin are arranged at the discretion of the producer on each of the floors 51 with, for example, additional decorative elements such as seats, benches, planters, etc ... shown in 59 at the edge of each floor or in preferential locations thereof.

In an embodiment of more modest dimensions, as shown in FIG. 6, the equipment 60 is designed to be mounted in a swimming pool, the basin of which is shown at 61. The equipment then comprises, fixed to a central mast 62, trays 63, advantageously made from modular elements, each of which may be provided with one or more basin (s) 12, the corresponding pipe circuit for the distribution of the drops, droplets, fine flows or very fine water jets being placed above them.

In yet another embodiment, FIG. 9, the equipment according to the invention, 65, is shown installed on the terrace 66 of a private apartment, the pipe circuit 67 in the upper part of the equipment then being fixed to the using a trellis or grating 68, while the collecting element 69 is most simply the pre-established drainage device for rainwater on the balcony floor.

In a variant of this embodiment, the collecting element 69 is a basin provided on the floor of the balcony or terrace comprising the equipment and which is connected, by means not shown, to the distribution pipes of the water in the form of droplets, fine flows or very fine water jets.

Whatever the type of embodiment, the invention provides for controlling the circulation and flow of water in the drop distribution pipes using an automatic control system, 70, FIG. 2, operating purely mechanical for smaller projects and, on the contrary, computerized electronic operation for larger projects.

Equipment according to the invention, capable of satisfying multiple functions, can be implemented, in particular, in permanently or periodically very hot environments, the water consumption being relatively low, since the latter is largely recycled to using the characteristic modules of the invention. It then contributes not only to the physical well-being of individuals frequenting the space where it is installed, for example by its effect of regulating the ambient temperature, but also to their psychological or psychological well-being by creating a space for original and varied decoration and animation.
