Abstract

Verschluß (10) aus Kunststoff für einen Behälter für frei fließfähige Stoffe, bestehend aus einer Kappe (11), die eine Abdeckplatte (15) mit einer Öffnung (16) aufweist, und einer Kappenwand (17), die sich von der Abdeckplatte (15) nach oben erstreckt, wobei die Kappe (11) eine nach oben offene Ausnehmung (18) oberhalb der Abdeckplatte (15) sowie eine obere Kante (20) am oberen Rand (19) der Kappenwand (17) aufweist, und aus einer Kopfplatte (12), die um eine Schwenkach­se zwischen einer geschlossenen und geöffneten Stel­lung verschwenkbar abgestützt ist, wobei eine Seite der Kopfplatte (12) als ein Betätigungsorgan wirksam ist, während die andere Seite eine seitlich angeord­nete Auslaßöffnung (21) aufweist, die in geschlossener Stellung der Kopfplatte (12) durch die Kappenwand (17) geschlossen ist, wobei diejenige Seite der Kopfplatte (12), die als Betätigungsorgan wirksam ist, in geschlossener Stellung im Abstand oberhalb der Ober­kante (20) der Kappenwand (17) angeordnet ist und die Kopfplatte (12) an ihrem Umfang mit einem umlaufenden Umfangsrand (13) versehen ist, der von der Kopfplatte sich abwärts in die offene Ausnehmung (18) erstreckt und eine seitliche Austrittsöffnung (21) unterhalb der Unterseite der Kopfplatte (12) sowie im oberen Teil des Umfangsrandes (13) der Kopfplatte aufweist, welcher im Bereich der Austrittsöffnung (21) zur Abdichtung an der Kappenwand (17) unterhalb ihrer Oberkante hinreichend elastisch ausgebildet ist, sowie aus einer Stütz- und Schwenkvorrichtung (22) an der Unterseite der Kopfplatte (12), mittels welcher die Kopfplatte in bezug auf den Boden (15) der Ausnehmung (18) undrehbar und schwenkbar abgestützt ist, wobei Anschläge (24, 29) in der Ausnehmung (18) angeordnet sind, an denen die Kopfplatte (12) in ihrer geschlos­senen und offenen Stellung jeweils anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Lieferzustand des Behälters der Umfangsrand (13) des Kappendeckels (12) an seiner als Betätigungsorgan dienenden Seite mit einer Originali­tätsanbindung (14) versehen ist, die bei Ingebrauch­nahme des Behälters durch Verschwenken der Kopfplatte (12) in die Offenstellung abscherbar ist.1. closure (10) made of plastic for a container for free-flowing substances, consisting of a cap (11) having a cover plate (15) with an opening (16), and a cap wall (17), which is from the cover plate (15) extends upwards, the cap (11) having an upwardly open recess (18) above the cover plate (15) and an upper edge (20) at the upper edge (19) of the cap wall (17), and from one Head plate (12) which is pivotally supported about a pivot axis between a closed and open position, one side of the head plate (12) acting as an actuator, while the other side has a side outlet opening (21) which is in the closed position the top plate (12) is closed by the cap wall (17), that side of the top plate (12) which acts as an actuating element is arranged in the closed position at a distance above the upper edge (20) of the cap wall (17) and the The head plate (12) is provided on its circumference with a circumferential peripheral edge (13) which extends downwards from the head plate into the open recess (18) and a lateral outlet opening (21) below the underside of the head plate (12) and in the upper part of the peripheral edge (13) of the head plate, which is sufficiently elastic in the area of the outlet opening (21) for sealing on the cap wall (17) below its upper edge, and of a support and pivoting device (22) on the underside of the head plate (12 ), by means of which the head plate is supported non-rotatably and pivotably with respect to the bottom (15) of the recess (18), stops (24, 29) being arranged in the recess (18) on which the head plate (12) abuts in its closed and open position, characterized in that, in the delivery state of the container, the peripheral edge (13) of the cap cover (12) is provided with an originality connection (14) on its side serving as the actuating member which can be sheared off when the container is put into use by pivoting the head plate (12) into the open position. 2.
