Abstract

Bei einer beheizbaren Membranpumpe für zu analy­ sierende Rauchgase sollen Ablagerungen und Korro­ sion vermieden werden. Ein beheizter Pumpenkopf (10) enthält eine Membrankammer (12) die von einer Membran (14) abgeschlossen ist. Die Membran (14) wird von einem Motor (32) über eine Pleuelstange (46) angetrieben. Die Pleuelstange (46) ist durch eine Heizung (52) und einen Temperaturfühler (54) geregelt beheizt. Die Übertragung von Meßsignalen des Temperaturfühlers (54) zu einem Regler (56) und die Stromversorgung der Heizung (52) erfolgt über u-förmige Blattfedern (64,78).
