Abstract

A thermally responsive control especially for a clothes iron combines an adjustable, temperature-regulating thermostat and an over-temperature control for limiting maximum temperature levels on a plastic mounting bracket (1) where the over-temperature control also protects the mounting bracket against damage from overheating.
