Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Verpackungsträger aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt aus Karton od.dgl. für wenigstens vier in zwei Reihen angeordnete Behälter, die an ihren Randflanschen miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Zuschnitt eine obere Deckfläche aufweist, an der über Faltlinien zwei Seitenwände angelenkt sind, die ihrerseits über Faltlinien mit zwei Bodenwand-Abschnitten verbunden sind.
  • Aus der DE-A-35 12 598 ist ein derartiger Verpackungsträger bekannt, der bereits eine gute Lösung für das Verpacken von in zwei Reihen angeordnete Behälter darstellt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen derartigen Verpackungsträger noch weiter zu verbessern.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der eine Bodenwand-Abschnitt für jeden Behälter der einen Reihe eine im wesentlichen U-förmige Schnittlinie aufweist, und daß drei parallel zu den vorigen Faltlinien verlaufende weitere Faltlinien vorgesehen sind, welche über den Bodenwand-Abschnitt verlaufen und durch die U-förmigen Schnittlinien unterbrochen sind, und daß eine vierte, ebenfalls parallel dazu verlaufende Faltlinie über den Bodenwand-Abschnitt geht, die durch kreisabschnittförmige Schnittlinien für jeden Behälter der anderen Reihe unterbrochen ist, deren Anzahl der Anzahl der U-förmigen Schnittlinien entspricht, wobei je ein von einer U-förmigen Schnittlinie begrenztes Bodenwand-Stück und ein benachbartes Bodenwand-Stück, das durch eine kreisabschnittförmige Schnittlinie abgeteilt ist, mit einander verbunden sind.
  • Durch diese Ausgestaltung ist ein sehr stabiler Verpackungsträger erzielt, der den Behältern einen sicheren Halt gewährt und der trotzdem leicht aufzurichten ist.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt auch darin, daß je ein von einer U-förmigen Schnittlinie begrenztes Bodenwand-Stück und ein benachbartes Bodenwand-Stück, das durch eine kreisabschnittförmige Schnittlinie abgeteilt ist, mit einander durch Kleben verbunden sind.
  • Durch dieses Verkleben ist eine besonders einfache Verbindung und Fixierung der aufgerichteten Bodenwand-Abschnitte ermöglicht.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß der mit den vier Schnittlinien versehene Bodenwand-Abschnitt wenigstens im Bereich der Schnittlinien vom anderen Bodenwand-Abschnitt überdeckt wird, wobei beide Bodenwand-Abschnitte durch Kleben od.dgl. mit einander verbunden sind.
  • Dadurch wird der Boden des Verpackungsträgers zusätzlich verstärkt, versteift und stabilisiert.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen

    einen Verpackungsträger, hergestellt aus dem Zuschnitt nach Fig. 1.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein flachliegender Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine obere Deckfläche 2 aufweist, an der über zwei Faltlinien 3 und 4 je eine Seitenwand 5 und 6 angelenkt sind. Über weitere Faltlinien 7 und 8 sind an diesen Seitenwänden je ein Bodenwand-Abschnitt 9 und 10 angeformt. Der Bodenwand-Abschnitt 9 weist zwei U-förmig verlaufende Schnittlinien 11 und 12 auf, welche jeweils ein Bodenwand-Stück 13 bzw. 14 von diesen Bodenwand-Abschnitten abteilen. Quer über den Bodenwand-Abschnitt 9 verlaufen drei Faltlinien 15,16 und 17, die parallel zu den übrigen Faltlinien verlaufen und die durch die U-förmigen Schnittlinien unterbrochen sind. In dem Bodenwand-Abschnitt 9 sind darüber hinaus zwei kreisabschnittförmige Schnittlinien 18 und 19 vorgesehen, die zwei Bodenwand-Stücke 20 und 21 aus der Fläche des Boden-Abschnittes 9 abteilen. Im Bereich dieser Schnittlinien 18 und 19 verläuft ebenfalls eine Faltlinie 22, welche von diesen unterbrochen ist. Zur Aufnahme der Flanschen bzw. der unteren Eckkanten der in Fig. 2 dargestellten Behälter 23 sind in den Faltlinien 3 und 4 Einschnitte 24 und in den Faltlinien 7 und 8 Ausnehmungen 25 vorgesehen.
  • Beim Auffalten des Zuschnittes 1 zu dem in Fig. 2 dargestellten Verpackungsträger wird der Bodenwand-Abschnitt 9 um die Faltlinien 15,16,17 und 22 gefaltet. Die Bodenwand-Stücke 13 und 14 bzw. 20 und 21 überdecken sich dabei und werden durch Kleben miteinander verbunden. Der zwischen den beiden Faltlinien 16 und 17 liegende Steg 26 kommt dabei zwischen die beiden Behälter-Reihen zu liegen.
  • Der Verschluß des Verpackungsträgers erfolgt durch Auffalten des Bodenwand-Abschnittes 10 auf den Bodenwand-Abschnitt 9 und Festkleben an diesen.

Claims (3)

  1. Verpackungsträger aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt(1) aus Karton od.dgl. für wenigstens vier in zwei Reihen angeordnete Behälter(23), die an ihren Randflanschen miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Zuschnitt(1) eine obere Deckfläche(2) aufweist, an der über Faltlinien(3,4) zwei Seitenwände(5,6) angelenkt sind, die ihrerseits über Faltlinien(7,8) mit zwei Bodenwand-Abschnitten(9,10) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Bodenwand-Abschnitt(9) für jeden Behälter(23) der einen Reihe eine im wesentlichen U-förmige Schnittlinie(11,12) aufweist, und daß drei parallel zu den vorigen Faltlinien(3,4,7,8) verlaufende weitere Faltlinien(15,16,17) vorgesehen sind, welche über den Bodenwand-Abschnitt(9) verlaufen und durch die U-förmigen Schnittlinien(11,12) unterbrochen sind, und daß eine vierte, ebenfalls parallel dazu verlaufende Faltlinie(22) über den Bodenwand-Abschnitt(9) geht, die durch kreisabschnittförmige Schnittlinien(18,19) für jeden Behälter(23) der anderen Reihe unterbrochen ist, deren Anzahl der Anzahl der U-förmigen Schnittlinien(11,12) entspricht, wobei je ein von einer U-förmigen Schnittlinie(11,12) begrenztes Bodenwand-Stück(13,14) und ein benachbartes Bodenwand-Stück(20,21), das durch eine kreisabschnittförmige Schnittlinie(18,19) abgeteilt ist, mit einander verbunden sind.
  2. Verpackungsträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je ein von einer U-förmigen Schnittlinie(11,12) begrenztes Bodenwand-Stück(13,14) und ein benachbartes Bodenwand-Stück(20,21), das durch eine kreisabschnittförmige Schnittlinie(18,19) abgeteilt ist, mit einander durch Kleben verbunden sind.
  3. Verpackungsträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit den vier Schnittlinien(11,12,18,19) versehene Bodenwand-Abschnitt(9) wenigstens im Bereich der Schnittlinien vom anderen Bodenwand-Abschnitt(10) überdeckt wird, wobei beide Bodenwand-Abschnitte durch Kleben od.dgl. mit einander verbunden sind.
