Abstract

An aligning device for sheet deliveries of printing presses which includes fixed sheet stops for the front edge of the delivery stack, fixed sheet stops for the back edge of the delivery stack, and movable brush sheet stops for the back edge of the delivery stack having a sheet brake disposed thereon oriented transverse to the direction of sheet movement. The brush sheet stops comprising one or more recessed brushes having firm bristles which are directed at a forwardly and downwardly inclined angle.

Eine Ausrichteeinrichtung genannter Gattung ist aus der DE-OS 3 127 540 bekannt. Von Nachteil ist, daß durch die Anordnung der Bürsten an beiden Seiten in der Bogenauslage die Ausrichtung zur Vorderkante infolge von seitlichen Rückfederungen der von abzulegenden Bogen zuvor mitgenommenen Borsten zwangsläufig unbestimmt ist. Außerdem besteht die Gefahr, daß Bogen beidseitig am freien Durchfallen gehindert werden. Von Nachteil ist ferner der aufwendige Antrieb für eine Rotationsbewegung der seitlich angebrachten Bürsten.An alignment device of the type mentioned is known from DE-OS 3 127 540. Die Tiefe des Hineinragens ist einstellbar und in Fig. 4 durch Pfeile angedeutet. Claims (2)

1.) Ausrichteeinrichtung für Bogenauslagen von Druckmaschinen mit festen Bogenanschlägen für die Vorderkante und als Bürsten ausgebildeten bewegbaren Bogenanschlägen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß quer zur Bogenlaufrichtung an einer Bogenbremse (7) neben festen Bogenanschlägen (1) für die Hinterkante eine oder mehrere nicht zu weiche Borsten (20) aufweisende Bürsten (3) zur Anlagenseite des Bogens (9) einstellbar in zugeordneten Ausnehmungen (19) eines oder mehrerer weiterer fester Bogenanschläge (2) für die Hinterkante angeordnet sind und daß die Borsten (20) der Bürsten (3) nach unten schräggestellt annähernd um den Differenzbetrag der Bogengröße innerhalb der größten Stapelfläche angeordnet sind.
