Abstract

Gymnastic apparatus with a belt, intended for autonomous body limbering-up exercises. It consists of a stick (1) having a hole (3) in which is inserted a leather strap (2) in which the user can position his foot, thus connecting a lower limb to at least one of the upper limbs of his body by means of the stick. The conical shape towards the ends of the stick (1) permits better control of the instrument and gripping thereof during the exercises which tend to consist of sliding of the hands by means of resistance to this sliding.
