Abstract
Ein elektrisches Heizgerät für Flüssigkeiten, insbeson dere für Füllmassen in der Zuckerindustrie, besteht aus einem metallischen Gehäuse (1), das die neutrale Elektrode darstellt und mit Erde verbunden ist. Konzentrisch zum Gehäuse (1) ist eine zweite neutrale Elektrode (7) in Form eines länglichen Zylinders angeordnet. Im Zentrum des Heizgerätes befindet sich eine aktive Elektrode (10) in Form eines länglichen Stabs. Konzentrisch hierzu ist eine zweite aktive Elektrode (9) in Form eines länglichen Zylinders angeordnet, die mit der aktiven Elektrode (10) elektrisch verbunden ist. Die aktiven Elektroden sind im Verhältnis zu den neutralen Elektroden wechselweise ange ordnet und davon isoliert sowie miteinander und dem ak tiven Pol der elektrischen Spannungsquelle verbunden. Die neutralen Elektroden (1, 7) sind miteinander und mit dem neutralen Pol der elektrischen Spannungsquelle verbunden. Durch die Anordnung der Elektroden wird die durch das Heizgerät strömende Flüssigkeit in Teilströme aufgeteilt. Die von den aktiven Elektroden (9 und 10) zu den neutra len Elektroden (1 und 7) fließenden Querströme erwärmen die über den Zuflußstutzen (4) dem Heizgerät zugeführte und über den Abflußstutzen (6) abgeführte Flüssigkeit.
