In ein derartiges Gehäuse werden neben dem Waschaggregat auch die für die Bedienung und Steuerung notwendigen Bauteile ebenso eingesetzt wie vorgefertigte Teile für die Wasserzufuhr und die Wasch- bzw. Pflegemittelzugabe. Es ist bekannt, zur Halterung dieser Elemente Querträger oder Montagerahmen aus Blechteilen zu formen, in die die Teile eingesetzt oder mit welchen sie z. Die einstückige und in sich winkelsteif ausgeformte Deckplatte gemäß der Erfindung dient somit als feste Verbindung zwischen den beiden Seitenwänden, die ihrerseits am Boden durch ein Bodenteil zu einem U-förmigen, winkelsteifen Gebilde miteinander verbunden sind. Ferner benötigt die Bauart gemäß der Erfindung keine besonderen Einzelteile mehr für den Waschmittel-Einspülkasten, für die Wasserführungen oder Wasseranschlüsse, da diese Teile in die Deckplatte eingeformt sind.
