Abstract

Es wird eine Doppelbodenkonstruktion, bestehend aus in vorgegebenen Abständen auf einer tragfähigen Unter­ konstruktion aufgestellten Stützen und aus auf diesen Stützen direkt oder indirekt aufgelagerten plattenartigen Bodenelementen, die jeweils durch einen Verbund mehrerer übereinander gelagerter Schichten unterschiedlicher Werk­ stoffe gebildet sind, vorgeschlagen bei der der Verbund aus einer aus keramischen Material bestehenden Deckplatte, einer aus biegesteifem Material geringen Raumgewichts be­ stehenden Kernschicht und einer dünnen Unterschicht mit hohen Zugfestigkeitseigenschaften zusammengesetzt ist. Mit dieser Doppelbodenkonstruktion wird die Aufgabe gelöst, daß die einzelnen plattenartigen Bodenelemente hinsichtlich ihrer Abmessungen, insbesondere ihrer Dickenab­ messungen optimal gewählt werden können und trotzdem die Aufnahme hoher Traglasten möglich ist. Außerdem wird noch erreicht, daß die Beständigkeit der Oberflächen gegen organische Lösungsmittel und andere Chemikalien gegeben ist. Schließlich benötigen die Bodenbeläge zu ihrer Ver­ bindung mit dem Unterboden keinen Kleber, der hinsichtlich seiner Stabilität bedenklich sein könnte.
