Description

  • Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Darbieten von Verkaufsartikeln, insbesondere Regaleinsatz, die zwei eine durch einen die Vorrichtung durchgehend längsteilenden Spalt geteilte Produktauflagefläche bildende Grundplatten, von denen mindestens eine mit einem fest angeformten Seitensteg versehen ist, und mindestens ein, diese fixierend auf Abstand haltendes und die Breite der Vorrichtung bestimmendes Element aufweist, welches im wesentlichen der Breite des darzubietenden Verkaufsartikels entspricht, wobei die addierten Einzelbreiten der durch den Spalt getrennten Bereiche der Produktauflagefläche kleiner sind als die Breite des verbindenden Elementes.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind verschiedenartige Vorrichtungen der gattungsgemäßen Art bekannt, die aber alle durchgehende oder zusammensteckbare Grundplatten aufweisen, deren Breite jeweils der des darzubietenden Verkaufsartikels oder einem Vielfachen davon entspricht.
  • Nachteilig an diesen Vorrichtungen ist, daß ihre Herstellung aufgrund der vollflächigen Grundplatte sehr materialintensiv ist, und daß für jede Packungsbreite von in einem solchen Regaleinsatz darzubietenden Verkaufsartikeln jeweils ein gesonderter Regaleinsatz gefertigt bzw. bevorratet werden muß. Dies verursacht hohe Material- und Fertigungs- sowie Lagerkosten bei zum Teil recht kleinen Fertigungsserien.
  • Diese Nachteile haften auch der in dem DE-U-1819158 beschriebenen Vorrichtung an, bei der es sich um einen nur an der Vorderseite offenen Warenbehälter beziehungsweise -schacht handelt, in welchem Schienen eingelegt sind, die in ihrer Länge und Breite das Innenmaß der betreffenden Schachtseite einnehmen und auf welche gegebenenfalls ein Kopfteil aufgelegt wird.
  • Aus der US-A-2,652,154 ist eine gattungsgemäße Vorrichtung bekannt, bei welcher zwei Grundplatten mit zwei Verbindungselementen mittels Nieten oder Schrauben fest miteinander verbunden sind und in ein Rahmengestell eingehängt werden. Bei dieser bekannten Vorrichtung ist es nicht vorgesehen, die Grundplatten wieder von den Verbindungselementen zu lösen und mit anderen Verbindungselementen zu verbinden, so daß die bekannte Vorrichtung nicht bequem, schnell und flexibel an die Darbietung von Verkaufsartikeln anderer Breite anpaßbar ist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist daher die Schaffung einer Lösung, die bei einer gattungsgemäßen Vorrichtung deren materialsparende und wirtschaftliche Her- und Erstellung sowie deren Anpassung an unterschiedliche Verkaufsartikelbreiten von in einem Verkaufsregal darzubietenden Artikeln in einfacher und bequemer Weise schnell und flexibel ermöglicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Element ein stirnseitig auf die Grundplatten aufschiebbares und diese klemmend lösbar miteinander verbindendes Kopfteil ist.
  • Der besondere Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung liegt darin, daß zur Bildung eines Regaleinsatzes nur noch zwei relativ schmale Grundplatten und ein im wesentlichen der Produktbreite entsprechendes Kopfteil benötigt werden. Durch das Kopfteil werden die beiden Grundplatten auf Abstand gehalten, so daß keine durchgehende und materialintensive Grundplatte mehr benötigt wird.
  • Diese zwei Grundplatten sind universell verwendbar, da sie über ein Kopfteil lösbar miteinander verbunden sind. Zur Bildung eines Regaleinsatzes braucht nur ein der jeweiligen Breite des darzubietenden Verkaufsartikels entsprechendes Kopfteil zur frontseitigen Verbindung an den beiden Grundplatten angeordnet zu werden. Durch Wechseln des Kopfteils ist die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung schnell an unterschiedliche Packungsbreiten anzupassen.
  • Neben der Materialeinsparung ergibt sich bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung auch eine Verminderung der Herstellungskosten, da bei universeller Verwendbarkeit der Grundplatten für unterschiedliche Verpackungs- oder Verkaufsartikelbreiten nur noch unterschiedlich breite Kopfteile und nicht mehr komplette Regaleinsätze gefertigt zu werden brauchen.
  • In besonders vorteilhafter Weise kommen diese Vorteile zum Tragen, wenn die addierten Einzelbreiten der Grundplatten kleiner sind als die Breite des Kopfteiles.
  • Um zwischen den Grundplatten und dem Kopfteil eine stabile, aber lösbare Verbindung zu schaffen, ist die Erfindung in sinnvoller und zweckmäßiger Ausgestaltung gekennzeichnet durch zumindest im Bereich einer Stirnseite an der Unterseite der beiden Grundplatten ausgebildete Führungselemente zur Aufnahme des mit entsprechenden Schlitzen versehenen Kopfteiles sowie durch in diesem Bereich an den Grundplatten vorzugsweise erhaben ausgebildete Arretierungselemente, die in Gebrauchsstellung in entsprechende Aussparungen im Kopfteil einrasten.
  • In weiterer Ausgestaltung sieht die Erfindung eine an dem Kopfteil angeordnete Frontplatte, die sich im wesentlichen oberhalb der Produktauflagefläche der Grundplatten erstreckt und nicht wesentlich über die Unterseite der Führungselemente nach unten herausragt, vor. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß bei Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung als Regaleinsatz direkt unterhalb des Kopfteiles an dem beaufschlagten Regalboden eine insbesondere scannerlesbare Preisschiene angeordnet sein kann, die von dem Kopfteil der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung in der Gebrauchslage nicht verdeckt wird.
  • Eine weitere Materialeinsparung, die insbesondere bei Aneinanderreihung mehrerer Regaleinsätze sinnvoll ist, und die den auf der Vorrichtung darzubietenden Verkaufsartikeln dennoch einen ausreichenden Schutz gegen seitliches Verschieben gewährt, ergibt sich aus der weiteren Ausgestaltung, daß nur eine Grundplatte einen fest angeformten Seitensteg aufweist.
  • Weiterhin sieht die Erfindung vor, daß zur Verbindung mehrerer Regaleinsätze an einer Grundplatte seitlich vorstehende Verbindungselemente angeformt und an der anderen Grundplatte entsprechende Aussparungen ausgebildet sind.
  • Zur einfachen Anpassung an unterschiedliche Verkaufsregaltiefen ist die Erfindung weiterhin durch Einschnitte in dem Seitensteg und Sollbruchstellen in den Grundplatten gekennzeichnet.
  • In Weiterbildung der Erfindung weisen die Grundplatten zumindest bereichsweise auf ihrer Unterseite eine Klebstoffschicht auf.
  • Ferner sieht die Erfindung in weiterer Ausgestaltung ein an der Unterseite der Grundplatten angeordnetes Stabilisierungselement vor. Dieses Stabilisierungselement verhindert ein Auseinanderspreitzen der Grundplatten im rückwärtigen Bereich des Regaleinsatzes und erleichtert die Montage im Bereich von Regalböden.
  • Schließlich ist die Erfindung in weiterer Ausgestaltung gekennzeichnet durch ein zwischen den Grundplatten in den Führungselementen verschiebbar angeordnetes Schützelement mit einem zwischen dem Kopfteil und dem Stützelement angeordneten Zugelement.
  • Ein derartiges Stützelement ist mit den gleichen oder zumindest ähnlichen Führungselementen wie für das Kopfteil leicht und einfach zwischen den Grundplatten anzuordnen und verhindert wirkungsvoll, insbesondere beim Füllen von Regaleinsätzen, ein rückwärtiges Herausfallen von Verkaufsartikeln. Mit Hilfe des Zugelementes wird das Stützelement einfach und wirkungsvoll nach vorne in den Bereich des Kopfteiles gezogen, wenn sich zwischen dem Kopfteil und dem Stützelement keine Verkaufsartikel mehr befinden, bzw. wird das Stützelement derart nach vorne geführt, daß es bündig an der Rückseite des hintersten Verkaufsartikels anliegt. Befindet sich das Stützelement schließlich vorne im Bereich des Kopfteiles, ergibt dies eine optische Anzeige, daß der entsprechende Regaleinsatz mit Verkaufsartikeln nachzufüllen ist. Ansonsten sorgt das Stützelement dafür, daß hintereinander auf dem Regaleinsatz befindliche Verkaufsartikel bündig nach vorne in den Bereich des Kopfteils transportiert werden.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert. Diese zeigt in perspektivischer Darstellung in

  • Die in Fig. 1 insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnete Vorrichtung besteht aus zwei Grundplatten 2 und 3, sowie einem Kopfteil 4. Die Breite B des Kopfteils entspricht im wesentlichen der Breite des auf den Produktauflageflächen 5 und 6 der Grundplatten 2 und 3 darzubietenden Verkaufsartikels und sie ist größer als die addierten Einzelbreiten B₂ und B₃ der Grundplatten 2 und 3. Beispielsweise betragen für Verkaufsartikelbreiten von 55 bis 130 mm die Breiten B₂ und B₃ jeweils 20 mm.
  • Das Kopfteil 4 ist kopfseitig zwischen den Grundplatten 2, 3 arretiert und hält diese derart auf Abstand, daß die darzubietenden Verkaufsartikel zumindest mit Randbereichen auf den Produktauflageflächen 5, 6 der Grundplatten 2, 3 zu stehen kommen.
  • Zur Aufnahme und Führung des Kopfteiles 4 weisen die Grundplatten 2 und 3 etwa mittig an ihrer Unterseite als T-Profile ausgebildete Führungselemente 8 und 9 auf. Korrespondierend dazu sind an dem Kopfteil 4 als Schlitz ausgeführte Gegenelemente 10 und 11 ausgebildet. Zur Arretierung des Kopfteiles 4 an den Grundplatten 2 und 3 sind an deren Unterseite Erhebungen 12 und 13 als Arretierungselemente ausgebildet, die in entsprechende, als korrespondierende Gegenelemente ausgebildete Aussparungen 14 und 15 des Kopfteiles 4 nach dem Einschieben des Kopfteiles 4 zwischen die beiden Grundplatten 2 und 3 einrasten.
  • An dem Kopfteil 4 ist eine Frontplatte angeordnet, die sich im wesentlichen oberhalb der Produktauflageflächen 5, 6 der Grundplatten 2, 3 erstreckt und nicht wesentlich über die Unterseite der Führungselemente 8, 9 nach unten herausragt.
  • Um mehrere Vorrichtungen 1 seitlich aneinanderreihen zu können, sind in der Grundplatte 3 seitlich herausragende schwalbenschwanzförmige Verbindungselemente 16 angeformt, die beim Aneinanderbau in entsprechend dazu ausgebildete Aussparungen 17 der Grundplatte 2 einrasten. Um den auf der Vorrichtung 1 darzubietenden Verkaufsartikeln einen Schutz gegen seitliches Verrutschen zu gewähren, weist die Grundplatte 2 an ihrer Außenseite einen rechtwinklig und fest angeformten Seitensteg 18 auf.
  • Um die Vorrichtung 1 in der Gebrauchslage als Regaleinsatz an unterschiedliche Regalbodentiefen anpassen zu können, sind die Grundplatten 2 und 3 sowie der Seitensteg 18 mit Sollbruchstellen 19 bzw. Einschnitten 20 versehen.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt die Unterseite der beiden Grundplatten 2 und 3 mit den daran angeformten Führungselelementen 8 und 9. Zur Fixierung der Grundplatten 2 und 3 als Regaleinsatz in der Gebrauchslage auf Regalböden weist die Oberfläche der T-Profile 8 und 9 im Bereich des horizontalen T-Schenkels eine durchgehende Klebstoffschicht 21, 22 auf, die hier nur teilweise dargestellt ist.
  • Wie die Fig. 3 für das Führungselement 8 verdeutlicht, sind die T-förmigen Führungselemente 8 und 9 auch Führungselemente für ein vom rückwärtigen Ende der Vorrichtung 1 her in die Vorrichtung 1 eingeführtes Stützelement 23. In dem dargestellten Beispiel handelt es sich hierbei um einen nahezu rechtwinklig abgekannteten Polystyrolwinkel, der mit einer den Zwischenraum zwischen den beiden Grundplatten 2 und 3 überbrückenden Führungsfläche 24 zwischen den T-förmigen Führungselementen 8 und 9, mit einem Stegelement 25 zwischen den beiden Grundplatten 2 und 3 und mit der die gesamte Produktauflagefläche übergreifenden Stützfläche 26 oberhalb der Produktauflageflächen 5 und 6 geführt ist. In der Mitte der Führungsfläche 24 und des Kopfteiles 4 sind auf den einander zugewandten Seiten Ösen 27 und 28 zur Aufnahme eines Zugelementes 29 angeordnet. Dieses Zugelement 29 sorgt dafür, daß das Stützelement 23 in Abhängigkeit von der Beaufschlagung der Produktauflageflächen mit Verkaufsartikeln derart in den Bereich des Kopfteiles gezogen wird, daß es immer an dem letzten Verkaufsartikel anliegt bzw. wenn sich kein Verkaufsartikel auf den Produktauflageflächen befindet, nahezu an das Kopfteil 4 anstößt. Das Zugelement 29 kann etwa eine Spiralfeder oder ein Gummiband sein.
  • An der Unterseite der Grundplatten 2, 3 ist in dem vom Kopfteil 4 abgewandten Bereich ein die beiden Grundplatten verbindendes Stabilisierungselement (30) angebracht.
  • Bevorzugtes Material zur Herstellung der Vorrichtung 1 stellt Polystyrol, insbesondere glasklares Polystyrol dar. Aber auch aus anderen Kunststoffen und Materialien ist die Vorrichtung durchaus fertigbar.
  • Natürlich ist das beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel noch in vielfacher Hinsicht abzuändern ohne den Grundgedanken der Erfindung zu verlassen. So können die Arretierungselemente 12, 13 und die Gegenelemente 14, 15 auch als Klips, Druckknopf, Klett- oder Klebebandverschluß ausgebildet sein. Des weiteren ist denkbar, daß die Führungselemente 8 und 9 nicht T-förmig, sondern querschnittlich L-förmig oder als gerader Steg an den Grundplatten 2 und 3 angeformt sind. Auch sind die Breiten der Grundplatten 2, 3 nicht auf die angegebenen Abmessungen beschränkt. Die Breiten B₂ und B₃ können jeweils bis zu 20 cm betragen.
  • Auch ist es nicht notwendig, daß die Führungselemente 8 und 9, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, über die ganze Länge der Grundplatten 2 und 3 angeformt sind. Sie können beispielsweise nur in Teilbereichen, im Kopf und in der Nähe der Sollbruchstellen und auch unterschiedlich, beispielsweise im Kopfbereich als T-Profil und im Endbereich zur Führung des Stützelementes als L-Profil angeformt sein.
  • Ebenso müssen die unterseitigen Klebstoffschichten 21, 22 nicht über die ganze Länge der Führungselemente ausgebildet sein. Hier ist auch die Aufbringung von einzelnen Klebstoffpunkten, beispielsweise aus einer beidseitig klebenden Folie, denkbar.

Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Darbieten von Verkaufsartikeln, insbesondere Regaleinsatz, die zwei eine durch einen die Vorrichtung (1) durchgehend längsteilenden Spalt geteilte Produktauflagefläche (5, 6) bildende Grundplatten (2, 3), von denen mindestens eine mit einem fest angeformten Seitensteg (18) versehen ist, und mindestens ein, diese fixierend auf Abstand haltendes und die Breite der Vorrichtung (1) bestimmendes Element aufweist, welches im wesentlichen der Breite des darzubietenden Verkaufsartikels entspricht, wobei die addierten Einzelbreiten (B₂, B₃) der durch den Spalt getrennten Bereiche der Produktauflagefläche (5, 6) kleiner sind als die Breite (B₁) des verbindenden Elementes,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Element ein stirnseitig auf die Grundplatten (2, 3) aufschiebbares und diese klemmend lösbar miteinander verbindendes Kopfteil (4) ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    zumindest im Bereich einer Stirnseite an der Unterseite der beiden Grundplatten (2, 3) ausgebildete Führungselemente (8, 9) zur Aufnahme des mit entsprechenden Schlitzen (10, 11) versehenen Kopfteiles (4) sowie durch in diesem Bereich an den Grundplatten (2, 3) vorzugsweise erhaben ausgebildete Arretierungselemente (12, 13), die in Gebrauchsstellung in entsprechende Aussparungen (14, 15) im Kopfteil (4) einrasten.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine an dem Kopfteil (4) angeordnete Frontplatte (7), die sich im wesentlichen oberhalb der Produktauflagefläche (5, 6) der Grundplatten (2, 3) erstreckt und nicht wesentlich über die Unterseite der Führungselemente (8, 9) nach unten herausragt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß nur eine Grundplatte (2) einen fest angeformten Seitensteg (18) aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß zur Verbindung mehrerer Regaleinsätze (1) an einer Grundplatte (3) seitlich vorstehende Verbindungselemente (16) angeformt und an der anderen Grundplatte (2) entsprechende Aussparungen (17) ausgebildet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    Einschnitte (20) in dem Seitensteg (18) und Sollbruchstellen (19) in den Grundplatten (2, 3).
  7. Vorrichtungen nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Grundplatten (2, 3) zumindest bereichsweise auf ihrer Unterseite eine Klebstoffschicht (21, 22) aufweisen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    ein an der Unterseite der Grundplatten (2, 3) angeordnetes Stabilisierungselement (30).
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    ein zwischen den Grundplatten (2, 3) in den Führungselementen (8, 9) verschiebbar angeordnetes Stützelement (23) mit einem zwischen dem Kopfteil (4) und dem Stützelement (23) angeordneten Zugelement (29).
