Description

  • La présente invention concerne une chaise de spot pour un faux plafond ou faux mur constitué par une nappe tendue accrochée, le long de ses bords, à un support fixé au mur ou au plafond.
  • On connaît déjà des faux plafonds qui comprennent, d'une part, un cadre horizontal fixé à la partie supérieure des murs d'un local, ce cadre étant formé par une lisse extérieure constituée elle-même de profilés aboutés, et, d'autre part, une nappe tendue horizontalement à l'intérieur de ce cadre, cette nappe étant constituée par une feuille de matière plastique ou une toile. La nappe est maintenue tendue du fait de l'accrochage, sur la lisse, d'une bordure solidaire de la nappe, formant en quelque sorte un "harpon", cette bordure présentant en section droite la forme d'un crochet venant s'agripper sur un épaulement de la lisse.
  • Ces faux plafonds connus sont souvent utilisés avec un spot d'éclairage qui est logé dans un support appelé encore "chaise" fixé au plafond et/où au mur entre la nappe et ceuxci. A l'endroit où un spot est monté la nappe est découpée de manière à présenter une ouverture de diamètre correspondant sensiblement à celui du spot, afin de permettre l'éclairage de la pièce dans laquelle le faux plafond ou le faux mur sont montés.
  • On connaît par ailleurs, ainsi qu'il est décrit dans le brevet MC-A-106, un plafond suspendu constitué par des dalles rigides, de préférence rectangulaires, suspendues à une structure support supérieure s'étendant sur toute la surface d'une pièce. Dans un tel plafond est intégré un appareil d'éclairage mais cet appareil est monté rigidement sur la structure portante au moyen de barres supports.
  • La présente invention concerne une chaise de spot de conception particulièrement simple et qui permet un montage aisé quelle que soit l'implantation de l'installation.
  • A cet effet cette chaise de spot pour un faux plafond ou faux mur constitué par une nappe tendue accrochée, le long de ses bords, à un support fixé au mur ou au plafond comprenant deux parties réglables l'une à rapport à l'autre, à savoir une partie supérieure fixée au plafond et une partie inférieure réglable, la partie supérieure, en forme de chape ouverte vers le bas, comprenant une âme horizontale supérieure fixée au plafond ou au mur, cette âme étant percée d'un trou pour le passage d'un câble électrique, et étant solidaire, à ses deux extrémités, de deux ailes verticales, s'étendant vers le bas, la partie inférieure, réglable en hauteur et inclinaison, ayant la forme d'une chape ouverte vers le haut et comprenant une plaque de base horizontale inférieure qui est solidaire de deux ailes verticales opposées s'étendant vers le haut et qui enserrées entre les ailes de la chape supérieure fixe et la plaque de base de la chape inférieure percée, en son centre, d'un trou pour le passage d'une lampe de spot portée par la chaise.
  • On décrira ci-après, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, une forme d'exécution de la présente invention, en référence au dessin annexé sur lequel :
    • La figure 1 est une vue en coupe verticale d'une chaise de spot montée au-dessus d'une nappe tendue d'un faux plafond, suivant l'invention.
    • La figure 2 est une vue en perspective de la chaise de spot de la figure 1.
    • La figure 3 est une vue en élévation de la chaise utilisée pour le montage d'un spot dans un pan incliné.
  • Sur la figure 1 est représentée une chaise de spot 1 suivant l'invention qui est disposée entre un plafond 2 et une nappe tendue 3, s'étendant horizontalement et constituant un faux plafond. La chaise de spot 1 suivant l'invention comprend deux parties réglables l'une à rapport à l'autre, à savoir une partie supérieure 4 fixée au plafond 2 et une partie inférieure 5 qui est réglable en hauteur et en inclinaison par rapport à la partie supérieure fixe 4. La partie supérieure 4, en forme de chape ouverte vers le bas, comprend une âme horizontale supérieure 6 qui peut être constituée par une plaquette de bois, cette âme 6 étant fixée au plafond 2. L'âme 6 est percée d'un trou 7 pour le passage d'un câble électrique 8. L'âme 6 est solidaire, à ses deux extrémités, de deux ailes verticales 9,10, s'étendant vers le bas. Par ailleurs la partie inférieure réglable 5, qui a également la forme d'une chape ouverte vers le haut, comprend une plaque de base horizontale inférieure 11 qui est solidaire de deux ailes verticales opposées 12 et 13 s'étendant vers le haut et qui enserrent les ailes 9,10 de la chape supérieure fixe 4. La plaque de base 11 qui peut avoir un contour de n'importe quelle forme, par exemple polygonale comme il est représenté sur la figure 2, est percée, en son centre, d'un trou 14 pour le passage d'une lampe 15 du spot porté par la chaise 1. La nappe tendue 3 est, de son côté, percée également d'un trou 16, au droit du trou 14 de la plaque de base 11, et elle porte de préférence, sur sa face supérieure et autour du trou 16, une rondelle de renfort 17 collée.
  • Les ailes verticales 9,12 d'une part et 10,13 d'autre part sont assemblées entre elles de manière à former des ensembles réglables en longueur et en inclinaison. Ces réglages sont obtenus grâce à la prévision de fentes verticales oblongues 18 dans les ailes 9,10,12,13 et de boulons de blocage 19, par exemple du type à écrou papillon, engagés dans les fentes oblongues 18.
  • La figure 3 illustre l'utilisation d'une chaise de spot suivant l'invention dans le cas où le spot doit être placé dans un plan incliné. Dans ce cas la partie inférieure 5 de la chaise 1 est inclinée de l'angle approprié par rapport à la partie supérieure verticale 4 fixée au plafond 2.
  • A l'intérieur de la chaise 1 peut être éventuellement disposé un tube 20 en appui sur la plaque 11 et entourant le spot pour former un écran à l'égard de la lumière rayonnée vers le haut.

Claims (2)

1. Chaise de spot pour un faux plafond ou faux mur constitué par une nappe tendue accrochée, le long de ses bords, à un support fixé au mur ou au plafond comprenant deux parties réglables l'une par rapport à l'autre, à savoir une partie supérieure (4) fixée au plafond (2) et une partie inférieure (5) réglable, la partie supérieure (4), en forme de chape ouverte vers le bas, comprenant une âme horizontale supérieure (6) fixée au plafond (2) ou au mur, cette âme (6) étant percée d'un trou (7) pour le passage d'un câble électrique (8), et étant solidaire, à ses deux extrémités, de deux ailes verticales (9, 10), s'étendant vers le bas, la partie inférieure (5), réglable en hauteur et inclinaison, ayant la forme d'une chape ouverte vers le haut et comprenant une plaque de base horizontale inférieure (11), qui est solidaire de deux ailes verticales opposées (12, 13) s'étendant vers le haut et enserrées entre les ailes (9, 10) de la chape supérieure fixe (4) et la plaque de base (11) de la chape inférieure (5) percée, en son centre, d'un trou (14) pour le passage d'une lampe (15) de spot portée par la chaise (1).
2. Chaise de spot suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les réglages des deux chapes (4, 5) sont obtenus grâce à des fentes verticales oblongues (18) dans les ailes (9, 10, 12, 13) des chapes et de boulons de blocage (19), par exemple du type à écrou papillon, engagés dans les fentes oblongues (18).
