Abstract

Depending on their type (high-wall crates which are stackable in columns or offset at a ratio of 3:4 or 3:2; low-wall crates), bottle crates are optimised differently in respect of their bottle crate function, e.g. dimensioning, statics and material consumption, and also in respect of their appearance. In this case, the construction of, in particular, gripping edge 22 and side wall 14, of the crate bottom 2 in the case of high-wall crates is matched to the construction of the crate corners and of stacking rib/stacking groove mating. <IMAGE>
